She meant; a woman's health care decisions should be made by her and her doctor unless she; has cut her hair, changed her underwear, put gas in her car, made a sammich for her man, etc.

It's not about the UNAFORDABLE healthcare act.  This is about the Hobby Lobby thing at the Supreme Court.
