I'm on the fence. I don't think she's clever enough or has a well-developed sense of irony, but a broken clock with hands is right twice a day.

But it's worth watching, to see if that's the trend, the primitives hinting this is the sorts of stuff they want from the cousin.
On our side, of course it is; pictures of cats make more sense than anything the cousin writes.

Just an on-going display of pique over their failure to appreciate her journalistic genius and overall omniscience. It's mockery, but motivated by offended vanity rather than any clear vision of the sea of fools of which she is a member. Not praiseworthy in itself, though the more of them it pisses off, the better.

Frankly, I think (based on talking to guys who know guys who knew him--it's still a pretty small world on the waterfront) he's as batshit crazy as she is.
So no, not really feeling the pity building up here.

He would have to be. Nads is the sort of woman who was never attractive, who never had an era in her life that could be described as 'comely.' Any man who would stoop to court her, let alone marry her, must have a basketful of his own issues, which must include a stripe of self-hatred so broad and deep that it could invite the Pacific Ocean over for a sleepover.

Didn't miss a single branch, but her problem is that she's in the "So damned stupid that she doesn't even know it" category. She's a dumbass know-it-all that doesn't know a damned thing, but cannot resist broadcasting her stupidity to anyone who will or won't listen. After so long, such stupidity ceases to be funny. It's just plain boring.

Funny thing I encountered going on base, the very young marines stopped a car ahead of me and told the female driving her bumper sticker was out of date. Mother and I were right behind her bringing my dad his supper .
So we sat there watching things unfold, The woman got out of her car and began to rant that her husband was Chief of the boat on a sub and the old DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM. Mom and I had tears of laughter ,

So he had these kids come to the house AND teach them the math. Navy housing interesting, My neighbor was talking to a another neighbor I did not know.
