The courts have ordered releases of criminals to ease the overcrowding in the prisons.  So naturally Moonbeam releases the most dangerous ones possible. 

Here's a novel idea, spend money on prisons and less on making life easy for illegal immigrants.

15 years ago your child was kidnapped, raped and dismembered.   The court case was a nightmare for the family having to sit  day after day listen to the recounting of the abuse and horror your child faced.

One day you head for a fast food outlet and come face to face with the killer who is out after only 6 years,  now what ????

The killer recognises you and heads to a court to get a keep away citation and you are not allowed to be anywhere the killer works, lives, shops or hangs out.

The killer now has the law on their side, and if they are beaten up, you are the first person the cops come to arrest.
