In an apparent violation of state law, Battleground Texas officials are exploiting legally protected information to turn voters out to the polls as part of the Democratic party's quest to paint the Lone Star State blue, a new undercover video from James O'Keefe reveals.
The footage shows Battleground Texas volunteer Jennifer Longoria saying the group uses the phone numbers from voter registration forms in later efforts to boost turnout on election day.
Texas Election Code prohibits the use of, or even the copying of, phone numbers provided by individuals registering to vote.
“Every time we register somebody to vote, we keep their name, address, phone number,†Longoria said.
The video also shows volunteers calling to boost turnout for Wendy Davis's gubernotorial bid.

No wonder the IRS has targeted "True the Vote".
They have found thousands of discrepancies in the voter roles, most of which favored the Democrats. And surprise surprise, guess where most of the fraud was found. In Shiela Jackson Lee's district.

What? Dumbocraps cheating to "preserve Democracy?"
Say it ain't so!

They aren't selling the information. These criminals are taking the phone numbers from the forms when they register people to vote.

Ooops, yes that is illegal and someone from the SOS office should be prosecuted.

I don't know that it is illegal in Texas. That would be a matter of state law.
In Kansas, voter registration records are public. The Secretary of State's website says:
Q. How do I purchase a list of registered voters?
A. Each county's list is available from the county election officer. For statewide or multi-county information, the only source is the Secretary of State's office. Lists are available for purchase in various electronic media. Fill out the CVR form; the cost depends on the request. Call the Information Technology department of the Secretary of State's office at (785) 296-0080.

But do they give out the address and phone numbers of the people?

But do they give out the address and phone numbers of the people?
According to O'Keefe (I assume he's the one narrating the video), "sensitive" information is redacted in the SOS report. However, I heard the TTB people are cross-checking the addresses with phone books for telephone numbers.
-
But do they give out the address and phone numbers of the people?
Yes; also party affiliation. The voter registration form has a block for e-mail address, too, so it wouldn't surprise me that is on the list, too.

But do they give out the address and phone numbers of the people?
Yup that's how they make toe Robo-calls.
