The Chevrolet SS Daytona pace car caught fire while pacing the field last night..... :lmao:...ObamaMotors is a failure too... :lmao:

The fire was caused by the battery pack that powers the light bar. Great. And the left wants everyone driving cars powered by batteries. No thanks. I think I'd rather drive an old Pinto.

Those battery cars have started a lot of fires. I wouldn't feel safe with one.

And in other news Tesla confirmed another fire caused by batteries the other day.

What ever made people think all that voltage was safe is beyond me. Wait till one these EVs flash arc severely injuring or killing everyone inside. To much can go wrong with the electrical system in any car. Combine that with all voltage a 100% electric vehicle has, and your asking for someone to get killed eventually.

I've made a mistake are two jumping off heavy equipment....two 8D 12V batteries wired in series to make 24V and 1,200 amps....looks like a welders arc and will melt whatever it crosses. I can't imagine what the voltage in an electric car could do.
