Police say the passenger, 29-year-old Shaneka Monique Torres, got out of the car, yelled at the workers, pulled out a gun and fired into the window.

She's going to have brain cancer leaving the bleach on that head long enough to turn her hair that white.  Maybe she should back away from the bleach as it may possibly be the cause of the necrosis to her grey matter.
