Quick Question about where to report spoiled chicken from a grocery store
So my local grocery store c-town frequently sells spoiled chicken (bad smelling but far away from expiration date). I was complaining about this to my mother who said that they have the same problem in their local c-town.
This happens constantly (well, i have stopped buying chicken there for a while, but every once in a while I forget, and then BOOM stinky chicken!!)
Is there some agency I should/could report this to? Who would it be?

1. The mayor, city health department, state health department,
and the newspapers, of course.

2. Your local health department
Preferably county level.
Some cities have them, and unless it is NYC they are mostly paper tigers.
Point out that food borne illnesses could be tracked down to the stinky chicken.

3. Local health inspector
Same office that inspects restaurants, would be my guess. You're supposed to need a license to sell food in most places, and that license would be local.

6. go get them
...for the sake of people who might get sick. If you have a local TV station that likes to do investigative stories, report it to their tip line.
And your health department. I've done that about bad fish.

7. Call the USDA Meat and Poultry Hotline at 1-888-674-6854
or report it online at https://ccms.fsis.usda.gov

10. The Deli Department
They should be taking the spoil chicken and frying up or roasting it for the Deli. Doesn't this grocery store not know how to maximize profits?

BS,unless a mom and pop grocer no store is going to sell spoiled anything.
Your lawsuit is going nowhere DUmbass.

God forbid the DUmmy simply doesn't buy a smelly chicken.

There is nothing so small, so trivial, that a DUmmy doesn't want to place it under the thumb of the government. The DUmmy is getting juicy thinking about the Smelly Chicken Gestapo busting down some doors, dragging some store employees out into the street, and giving them some Warsaw-style street justice to the back of the head.

What gets me is that the maharani primitive is originally from India; born and raised there.
And she has the nerve, the gall, the chutzpah, to complain about "smelly" food?

I've seen how she keeps house. Her apartment must smell like a walrus' tongue.
She's hardly a good judge of bad smells.

Has anyone here been in a store that does not have chicken and other meats in plastic sealed trays that even if it was brown and crawling with maggots there would be no smell?
Just as DUmbasses tell fairy tales that suggest the USA today is a page out of "To Kill A Mockingbird" regarding race relations the chance of this story being true is 0.

We've seen photos of this carpetmuncher's tiny, filthy apartment.
Spoiled chicken would be the safest thing she's got.

Poor addled grasswipe Judy Smith, who often dines from dumpsters, is an expert on spoiled food:
I wonder if the grasswipe primtive in her dumpster travels has ever happened upon a moldy piece of meat in a dumpster that she accidentally places it into one of her inner layers of coats where she forgets about it?
