The current Mrs. Wiggum (no, we aren't married) and I share a laptop. We have a number of things to sell on Craig's List, so we took pictures a few days ago. She plugged in the digital camera to one of the USB ports to download the photos. Now, we can't get either of her wireless mice to work properly. I tried and tried to fix it, using all the diagnostics on the computer. I still can't get it resolved.
Help please!!! :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Dell laptop, Canon digital camera, Logitech mouse. Give me a few minutes I'll tell you the version of all this stuff.
Thanks Marv!

And was the mouse receive unplugged when the camera was plugged in?

Are your USB ports set to turn off automatically? Right-click on each USB hub in the device manager and uncheck that option on the Power Management tab.

The mouse worked fine when we plugged the digital camera in. Then when we had it removed, the mouse stopped working. I am so puzzled.

Thanks, I'll try that Chris.
