Hate to keep asking but, no news on the request I posted a week ago?

Hate to keep bothering you guys but I noticed there's no answer to my movies group request I posted a week ago here
http://www.democraticunderground.com/12594620
I don't know how long these things usually take. I apologize if I come across as pushy or impatient.
If you are denying my request it would be nice to know if that's the case and why.
Again, not to be pushy, just seems like a long silence.
Hope things are going well for you so far in the New Year Skinner.

Wow, an entire forum dedicated to Adult Baby porn!

Here's a guy that never did anything with his life, at all. Now he's found an accepting place where he can sit home and do nothing all the time because he has to host the movies group. He's gone even ****ing deeper into the dark hole that keeps him from being able to actually go outside and do stuff, interact. Oh well..

A film about Liberace: Behind the Candelabra
This is an HBO production; my husband and I just finished watching it.
Michael Douglas in the lead and Matt Damon as his much younger lover.
Wow. Never would I have expected Michael Douglas to have played such a role, but he did play it, and he did well. He was great, as was the whole cast.
The movie felt and looked authentic to the time, of gay men and their lifestyles.
Anyone else here see it?

Please be civil with each other here. We are all entitled to our own opinions and views and many of us have strong feelings about our favourite films and genres. This shouldn't be an excuse to belittle or denigrate anyone for their opinion if it conflicts with your own! A pattern of such activity may get you banned.

Please read before posting. Movies group. Statement of purpose, ground rules and best practices.
This discussion thread is pinned.
Hi guys and welcome to the DU Movies group. We hope everyone enjoys this as a comfortable open place to discus all things movie related.
"Discus" is a noun, while "discuss" is a verb. Learn the difference, dipshit.

Never heard of it.

We watched it a few months back. It was major puke-a-rama. I will say both Michael Douglas and Damon made believable homos. Liberace was painted as a narcissist that I believe was probably true.

Never heard of it.
I'll pass.

So DUmmy LocoNuts got a forum within a week, while the CalPig has begged for a couple of years for a Dead DUmmy forum.
LocoNuts, with his handful of posts gets his way, while Skimmer tells the CalPig and her hundred thousand posts to kiss his ass.
I wonder what the CalPig thinks of that.
Anyway, it's great for LocoNuts.
Finally he has something to put on his resume, and his parents must be so proud.
For a month or so, that is, until he's crushed by the pressure of being a forum host.

Yeah, that bothers me too. If I were the CalPig primitive, I'd be madder than a wet hen.

On a brighter note, he's Canadian.

That was my first thought - how is he going to cope with the responsibility and power?

Probably crawl into a corner in a fetal position and cry for days.

Just like his last attempt at school. He'll get drunk, go hide in the basement, and his mom will email skinner to have him removed from the arduous responsibility of hosting.
Then he won't post for a few days until he makes one about being sorry for making everyone worry.
