DUmmies are pussies.
I just filled up the oil tank for a bit over $700. That'll last me about 6-8 weeks, which is about normal for this time of year. One more fill, and then about another 100 gallons to top off, so we're looking about $2000 just for heating oil for this season. Must be all that globall warming.
Note: that doesn't include electricity. That's running about another $200-250/month.

What ? Primitives have a problem with energy costs 'necessarily skyrocketing' ?
:ownit:

O'bummer wants energy costs up as part of a response to "global climate change," right? Do the right thing, DUmmie, and chill.

Gee, Gas / Electric furnace here. Gas bill for Dec/Jan $45. Electric $40 What's the DUmpmonkee's problem? Move somewhere affordable.

Please don't encourage them. Let them suffer with the consequences of their votes, while those of us who have cheap affordable gas, electric, and other heating fuel reap the rewards of ours.

I have an average sized house, 28x40 feet, bungalow with a basement. I go through about 4-5 cords of wood a year, I buy it for 80 dollars a cord in a twitch and go cut it into lengths and split and bring it home and pile it. I live in Quebec, it gets cold here. I know some people, depending on their house and how well it is insulated that pay through the teeth with electric heat and/or oil in the months of January/February.
