Title: BennyBoy: Where's the sex drive drug for women?
Post by: I_B_Perky on January 11, 2014, 09:53:56 PM
Trolling at the dump for interesting threads.  This ought to be good. Pretty big DumpFire.

The Link:

BennyBoy needs sex, women have low drive (http://www.democraticunderground.com/10024315181)

The OP:

Quote
Bennyboy (10,105 posts)

Where's the sex drive drug for women?
There is no FDA-approved treatment for low female sexual desire

Flibanserin is a drug that showed positive results in clinical trials. The FDA has declined to approve this drug, The drug's promoters have appealed that decision

(CNN) -- For about a month, Barbara Gattuso felt at least 40 years younger.

Gattuso, 65, had enrolled in a clinical trial for a drug aimed at women who have low sexual desire. There is no treatment available in the United States for boosting the female sex drive, but women like Gattuso hoped that would change with this experimental medication, called flibanserin.

"It was amazing, absolutely amazing, and it just makes you feel whole," Gattuso said, recalling her feeling of taking this drug. "It makes you feel like a complete woman again."

Outside such experimental settings, there are no medications available in the United States for female hypoactive sexual desire disorder. That's the technical term for when women have a distressing lack or absence of sexual desire or fantasy. Up to one-third of adult women may experience it, according to a 2002 study.

Abhorrent

You seem to glory in this sort of sick humour

For jurors numbers 4 and 6 I presume that "lame" jokes about coloured people and the disabled are fine with you as well. A foul display by a supposedly liberal board.

Didn't take long!

67. Malfunctioning?

Are you OK with "jokes that belittle other races or the disabled? If not why are you fine with jokes that belittle the normal humans called women?

Whose sense of what is right is malfunctioning? Mine or yours.

Nothing worse than a Dump Feminazi with her tent sized panties in a wad, Tabasco!

117. As said, you do not have a future in comedy

and the "joke" referred to was not a joke (note the lack of quotes). Therefore It was necessary to indicate that the insult claimed to be a joke was not one

If I need to refer to some of you "comedic" posts I would similarly use quotes to indicate how unfunny they are.

Holier than thou, thy name is you, intaglio.

68. So you are OK with sexist jokes

I'll ask again, would you support "jokes" that belittle other races or the disabled?

BTW 3-3 one juror chose not to comment

Jury!!!! Jury!!!! Jury!!!!  Tent sized panties definitely in a wad!!!!!

69. You're asking ME again? Or, for the first time.

There are a whole host of assumptions in your post that... honestly, I've got more important shit to do than try to dissect them.

I was just asking for the actual results, particularly since you thought the juror commentary was relevant.

My mole slaps the shit out of the feminazi.

70. Answer - are you ok with jokes that belittle those who are not in your favoured group

If you are why, are you posting on a liberal board?

If you refuse to answer I'll just assume that you know that you are prejudiced and are unwilling to do anything about it.

I'm oooooofffffffeeeeended!!!!!

Sub-thread on that is pretty good.

Quote

72. No, not when I see outright prejudice and double standards

Are you OK with "jokes" that belittle other races or the disabled? If you are you are horribly prejudiced. If you are not then why are you willing to allow jokes that belittle women?

Yep!!!!!

77. Race and disability are traits that cannot be controlled.

Feigning a headache can be controlled, which is the essence of the age-old joke of the spouse faking a headache to avoid sex.

79. So you are fine with jokes that make fun of and belittle women

Is being a woman a trait that cannot be controlled?

Incidentally, you seem to regard the mere fact of being a different race or suffering a physical (or mental) deficit equivalent to having or feigning a headache - perhaps you would like to re-think nonsensical argument.

Yep!!!!!

That subthread is good too!

To get back to the OP, isn't Benny Boy the 500+lb daddy killer?  I don't recall him ever talking about encounters with the fairer sex before.  I assumed he lived a monkish life like Loconuts.  I would think he would be in need of Curare or some other Neuromuscular-blocking drug to achieve actual coitus with any other human.

The flame that burns the dumbest burns the shortest...

...and this guy is FLAMING!

Quote

115. No, you have not in any way said if you regard jokes about races or the disabled

as being as acceptable and why, if such "jokes" are unacceptable, do you regard similar "jokes" about women fair game.

All you have done is havered and dodged.

I'll ask it in sequence - since you love numbers

1) Are jokes making assumptions about the activities of other races acceptable?
2) Are jokes making assumptions about the activities of disabled acceptable?

If you regard jokes such as those in (1) and (2) unacceptable

3) Are jokes making assumptions about the activities of women acceptable.

Oh, asking a rhetorical question where you assume the answer is not requesting an answer. You asked a rhetorical question.

130. So you are racist

If you find the joke funny you think that's fine and those poor others should just suck it up.

You do laugh at the disabled, lacking the empathy to see the pain such jokes cause - no matter how funny you find them.

And you laugh at women ...

Again, why are you posting on DU? Aren't there other message boards more in tune with your inanity?

1) You have to have a member account and then you can click on the hidden post to show it.

2) "Negro" and "colored" are definitely off-limits over there and I myself would refrain from using them as well but I do have to note the delicious irony that he started his entire crusade claiming that his interpretation of the joke meant all people must live by his rules. Then he vociferously defended his use of the word "coloured" by stating he was British, so allowances would have to be made.

Retards hoisted on their own petards.

What is the purported sex of the infaglio DUmmy?

I believe it claims to be of the XY persuasion.

An old friend and I were talking recently over bourbon and cigars. Our discussion of the Non-Intercourse Act of 1809 and its contribution to the War of 1812, naturally led to my friend pointing out my preference for busty redheads.

I tipped my glass and replied, "Except for the ones from Minnesota!"

A rant from an old lady may help.

Smell,  be it at teen age years with the hormones start acting up are interesting.

My turn on in the teens was the smell of fresh hay and the sweat of the boys that gathered it.    These were hormones that drew in the females.

Sometimes the smell of a girl on her period also drew in the males.

None of us understood this at the time or even today.   Except the perfume industry that sells millions of dollars of scent to both sexes to draw in those without there knowledge become attracted to the scent, and forget the wearer just the scent.

Scent has a big place in our lives, it brings back memory's, baking bread or lemon meringue pie.

So, one falls in love with some one that has a scent to take them back to other times of safety.    Time goes by and whatever scent that was a draw to you changes, after change in hormones or what ever but the draw is gone or replaced by smell one may not be attractive to  the partner.

Have to remember that scent  after a while the smell goes away to the wearer and those around them no longer smell the scent.

Bennyboy one has to realize that once the draw or either side goes away, the  first step is over, the new step is to find a way to keep if you wish what you wanted in the first place.

The wild sex is gone and now time to decide if you wish to bond with another come what may.  Not easy for the male, one encounters other females with the calling of hormones, that you do not realise you smell wafting off others.

One hell of a mess for males, like a stallion in a barn can smell a mare in heat will break out loose to answer the call of the smell.----Chased a stallion that kicked out his barn to answer the call of a mare 15 miles away.
