Today a jury hid my OP about the Pacific Oscillation Cloud Theory. The alerter did not read
my reply under # 1. If he or she had, then the alerter would have seen that the OP's scientist would have to wait a long time, meaning forever. I am asking the administration to let me see all of the OP and reply responders because I want to block this person who does not understand the satirical posting that is a huge part of DU. Scientific theory and satire belong on DU. That is very DU. On the internet, you will find that DU is known for its Satire.
Maybe I should not post anything scientific on DU. Apparently it is not acceptable.

1. Take it as a lesson learned.
If you're going to post climate denier BS (or any right-wing BS) on Democratic Underground, make some effort in the post to make clear your reason for posting.

2. Cooling in the Pacific is a well known and established certainty by the world's scientist.
What is causing it is being studied. That is not BS. Is the IPCC a Right Wing Group of Quacks?

The Planet is heating more that it is cooling; but right now the Northern Pacific is cooler due to the theory of cloud cover. High Cloud cover over ocean water is not the same as a blanket of warm air trapped under low to middle level clouds on land. And the heat caused by CO2 is lurking in the deep oceans.

Your assertion that my OP was right wing BS is absurd. Just like one of the Jurors said this belongs in DU but just where?

Look, I'm not interested in having a discussion with you here about Pacific cooling or whatever.
You posted a link to an essay by Dr. Roy Spencer with no explanation for why you posted it. A quick Google search of this person reveals that he is a climate change denier and proponent of intelligent design. If you are posting stuff from climate deniers you need to provide some context, or else people are going to assume you are yourself a climate denier.

Personally, before I registered here, I would have thought there can't be that large a group of people that stupid without it being intentional.

I really hope that the day comes that Canada's north is threatened by approaching glaciers, and that I'm still alive to see it. Not that I have a problem with Canada or Canadians - I just want to see the twisting that ensues.

About the twisting, don't hold your breath. They have already switched over to "climate disturbance". Of course, as always, the solution is more socialism.
