Update on Leftcoast2020
In a desperate plea to D.U.ers in the Sacramento Area on very special D.U.er named FreakinDJ
offered Leftcoast a place to stay so he would not have to go to a shelter.
I am overwhelmed at times by heartfelt goodness of human kind in Democratic Underground.
Anyone here who knows how to get me started on Wishadoo........for some extra help for Leftcoast2020 would be greatly appreciated.
A huge THANK YOU to FreakinDJ who answered to man wrought with despair!
To all the other D.U.ers who offered suggestions and help as well!!!

Nothing at all would have happened had CC not highlighted the LC2020 primitives postings. He should be thanking us.

LeftCoast2020 has been pushing the "living with teabagger" story for so long it is going to be tough for him to come up with a new angle.
-
MD20/20 was lucky to find a DUmmy who would take him in. FreeBJs will regret it.

I rarely feel sorry for a DUmmie. I pity FrrBJs. He is about to get taken for the ride of his life.

Lock up your valuables.

Lock up your valuables.
This is a DUmmy who calls himself FreakinDJ.
He has no valuables.
DUmmy MD20/20 may be the one at risk.

Either way is good with me. Hope they post about the upcoming drama.

storage shed house.

Me too. It can't fail to be good.

It has been proven that when two crazies get together that it does not equal twice the crazy but crazy squared.

Anybody know anything about FreakinDJ?

*hadn't paid the monthly bill and the service got cut off.
Remember, primitives always leave out some important detail.

"Overwhelmed", you say. "Heartfelt goodness in Democratic Underground" you say.
This may come as a huge surprise...NO, I take that back...This will come as such a shock that you will most likely not believe it:
People out in flyover country, you know, those "racist, inbred, hillbilly, teabagging, Christian, pickup truck driving, uneducated, hicks" that you lot are always looking down your noses at...
They help each other out in ways like that and a hundred others, but its not a special event, its standard fare. They don't go tooting their horns or looking for recognition for it. And they don't need collectivism, or government compulsion, or a sob story, to do it either. They do it because its the right thing...the neighborly thing, to do. Every rural person who posts on this message board, with no exception I'd wager, can relate more than one instance of that happening. Whether its a benefit being held by someone for someone (bet y'all forgot that definition of the word didn't ya) , or sheltering an entire family whos house burned down, or helping a neighbor get his tractor or other vehicle unstuck.
Keep that in mind next time you want to pat yourselves on the back and cheer like its something special, for doing what folks in rural areas do for each other every day and have been doing since before any of you DUmmies were even an itch in either of your daddies pants.

Hi 5 for that truth bomb.

Hi 5 for that truth bomb.
Thank you.
Most of the time, I just write what I write, mostly trying unsuccessfully to be funny, witty, snarky or whatever. Just trying to have a good time, ya know?
They're always annoying, but on rare occasions, these f*ckers really piss me off. Gets me feeling like "Yeah, tell me more about global warming, while being so completely and utterly f*cking clueless about how life works in your own damn Country." F*ckers.
Deep breaths...deep breaths...

Gotcha. I know from personal experience that what you posted is 100% accurate. Just wanted to commend you. :cheersmate:

Again, thank you.
I shouldn't get pissed...Evidence is mass-abundant that what their party and politicians and media tell them every day, and reality, are two different things. I should be used to it by now.
Sometimes it just hits home is all.

I've had experience with this . . . back in 1986, my husband and I were driving up to Plattsburgh, NY and hit a patch of black ice getting off the interstate, spun out and got stuck in a snow bank. Within 10 minutes, 3 people had stopped to help us. 2 couldn't help us push the car out of the snow bank but the third had a pickup and chains and was able to drag us out and we went to the local Sears to have the car tires re-aligned. The people who dragged us out wanted nothing -- we offered them cash but they refused. Needless to say, we thanked them profusely! They lived locally and I can bet they weren't liberals!
