Oh my.

It looks like dear old sweet lazy Lu's sitting down on her job again, and so a drone primitive had to do it, so it'd get done.

1. Are you making cold noodles?

I love cold sesame noodles, but I don't think I can get tahini down here. Will have to look around.

We are having leftovers.

Went to the beach yesterday and I had a great dish of rice covered with your usual nacho ingredients - beans, cheese, tomatoes, Jalapeños and some delicious roasted meat. It should heat up well.

And I have some papaya I want to make a salad out of.

The persimmon bread I made last night came out perfectly and we will have more of that for dessert.

3. Tacos al pastor. The Syrian market nearby already does shawarma. New cook has added al pastor.

He's from central Mexico. Walked by this am while he was prepping and it really smelled good. The shawarma are standard middle eastern style, beef or chicken, on flat bread. And good. Taco al pastor seems a logical growth for what they offer.

Checking it out this afternoon.

6. This primitive is having whatever

Will piss off the folks over at the other site the most.

Perhaps tofu and sprouts with a red wine and venison stock reduction. Or,

A veggie burger with bacon and avocado. Or,

Swedish meatballs... I haven't decided.

A bottle of bleach.  Yeah, that's it.  That would really piss me off.

I'm surprised none have yet claimed allergy to peanuts.

I think gluten or sumsuch is the new "thing" these days.  And no, I've never tried sumsuch and have no idea what it tastes like.

Late to the party but we had linguine with scallops, shrimp, and salmon with a Cesar salad. Lots of Romano cheese on both.
