Title: Obama Couldn’t Use Website To Sign Up For Obamacare
Post by: DLR Pyro on December 24, 2013, 01:39:52 PM
He won’t use it, and he didn’t actually sign up for it himself, but President Barack Obama has enrolled for health coverage through the new insurance exchanges.

Announcing his enrollment Monday, the White House called it a symbolic show of Obama’s support for the fledgling exchanges where millions of Americans must buy insurance or face a penalty. Ironically, it also served as a reminder of just how complex and sometimes daunting the process can be.

Obama, like so many other Americans, couldn’t use the website.

One of the problems they ran into was that they couldn't verify his identity.  I guess it throws a glitch into the system when you have used as many different social security numbers as Obama has.

Must've been a couple of those 'Place of birth/citizenship' questions on it...

A fake enrollment on a completely dysfunctional website ? Triple bogey par for the course.

Golfers call that a buzzard. The name "buzzard" kinda fits him.

No no no - illegals get the platinum coverage fully subsidized.  He only got the gold coverage ('cause he feels our pain).

Of course the White House has a full medical staff, and he himself is treated by military physicians, but hey - if it makes the peasants get tingles up their legs, then by all means.   We not only pay his premium, but his subsidy also.

Winning!!

Upon further review, I found this...

Double and Triple Bogeys

So far no particular terms for 2 or 3 or more over Par have become standard.   They are just double and triple Bogeys.  Some golfers use the term Buzzard for a double Bogey and some use terms from bingo for particular numbers.  For example, an eight is a 'Snowman' because of their common shape. In a Stableford, a null score (two over net Par) is sometimes called a 'Blob', because of the visual similarities. Depending upon how good you are, anything over 7, 8 or 9 will be a 'Blow-up' or a 'Disaster'.  However, none of these have yet become recognised terms.

It seems clear that golfing terms came into popular use in much the same way new words are being invented and used on the Internet.  If they sound good, people start using them.  What we do not hear about are the terms that never made it because they did not catch on. Only the future will tell which of the terms we invent will still be being used in a hundred years time.

It seems "Blowup" or "Disaster" is more appropriate to describe the tre bogey, and owebuma's policies.

Seriously, just how special is his personal information over anyone else's?  All it would get anyone taking it is the same stuff they would get on any other anonymous citizen, and in fact due to his notoriety and instant access to the Justice Department resources, the chances of it being used successfully to harm him is far lower than it is for any other American.  And on the official side, what kind of simpleton thinks Obama's social security number or credit card information is what it actually takes to launch the nukes or send out his imperial decrees?

I doubt there were 30 fields in the database for social security numbers.  That alone should have crashed the site.
