Quote
CHANHASSEN, Minn. –  A Chanhassen mother who has been baking cookies for the kids on her children's bus for 15 years has been shut down by an anonymous complaint.

Every Friday, Anne Tabat has met the school bus in her subdivision with a basket of cookies. It began as a thank you to the bus driver. And, Tabat said, she couldn't give the driver a cookie without giving one to every child on the bus.

Tabat said the cookies were also a way to get to know her neighbors.

I wonder who this anonymous complainer is. Probably some libtard busybody who is always unhappy.  :mental:

"I didn't live in the suburbs until I turned 40," she said. "Look at the way these houses are designed here. They're not designed with a friendly neighborliness community in mind. I haven't been in most of the houses in my neighborhood. People live such busy lives; you don't talk to your neighbors, you don't know your neighbors."

She must be a generous, friendly, conservative, country gal. Looks good for her age and has a smiling face....sure to send some moonbats into a violent rage.

Once again one freaking malcontent has the power to ruin it for everyone else.

An anonymous majority of one demonstrates how progressive democracy works, and a politically correct ***** agrees.

Doesn't the accused have the right to face his or her accuser? I wonder who this whiner is.

Well, she didn't let it phase her:

"Tabat has taken it in stride. She's busy making 200 cookies for her neighborhood party Saturday."    :-)

Some people don't know the intent of if you see something say something.

Some people don't know the intent of if you see something say something.

Could be that a couple kids on the bus are diabetic, or have a Gluten allergy  or peanut allergy and their kids feel left out.

To not explain this to the woman who makes these treats is doing a disservice to everyone.  I am sure if she were aware of why she was told to cease and desist she would take steps to make a separate batch for the children with allergy's.

In the last few years the number of adults, children  are coming down with allergy's unknown 20-30 years ago.   Only one I remember having an allergy was my first born that was lactose intolerant.

Not easy for a child to out of the blue become Diabetic.   My DIL became so at 10 years of age.   Her story's of how she had to handle this deadly disease is so sad, but a testament to the strength and resilience of children.
