I had a good friend that I have known all of my life. We went to elementary school together, we went to high school together and we have kept up with each other through facebook. When I came out last year he was the first person to tell me that he had my back and that he wasn't going to let anything change between us.

This cat was so cool. He would post the craziest things on facebook. I enjoyed his posts. I never once hit on him because I knew he was a married man. So we had a conversation about why women dressed provocatively in church. HE started sharing his experiences with women who love to cheat on men. So I told him from the gay view point that I go through the same thing on the gay side and have herd the same excuses. So my former friend being the curious man he was wanted to know what I had went through. So when I went to bed last night I didn't give it a second thought.

The next thing I know his wife and sister making comments like, "I'm going to keep an eye on him." sister said, "Yea me too." and I respond, "What the hell you mean you going to keep an eye on me?" Treating me like I'm about to come in between their marriage when in the entire time I've known my friend I never ever hit on him. Then they said we don't want to hear about your adventures with men. Don't you ever post stuff like that on my husband's page.

So naturally I sent my friend a PM and told him if he doesn't get his family in line and set them straight, we're done. The sister than tells me to ACT LIKE A ****ING MAN." that was her quote. So I responded to all of them saying, "I am not going to sit here and be accused of doing something I know I didn't do. I have been friends with your husband a long damn time. I've known him all my life. He has no problems with me being gay but apparently you two do. If you are going to dictate what I can and can't post on my best friends page when he asked me to talk about my experiences, then with all due respect **** THE BOTH OF YOU. I don't need this drama in my life and i"m unfriending all three of you. Bye."

That's what I did. I unfriended my childhood friend, I then blocked his hateful wife and his hateful sister. It hurt because the dude was my friend but I'm getting over it. I'm NOT going to tolerate bigotry here but it's hard down here in the south and I suspect that it's not the last time I'm going to have to do this.

For those of you pressed for time: (http://www.democraticunderground.com/?com=view_post&forum=1002&pid=4205012) evidently the guy's a homo and his friend's wife thought he was going to come on to him, or something, whatever, and as a result the homo did what homos do, got all dramatic, and there goes another friendship for a DUmmy.

Which if I did Facebook and a DUmmy unfriended me, I'd be touched and honored. It would be the Gift of the Fagi.

Some animals are more equal than others. At least in their own humble opinion. Act like a teen aged girl get treated like a teen age girl.

Of course, this never happened. The fagot bouncys are going to be plentiful and bad.

I find it hilarious that all of these comments were posted on someone's Facebook timeline.  Who shares intimate stories on a Facebook page?

In my opinion, DUmmie coolest ranger is neither cool, nor a ranger ('cept a "rump ranger").  :rotf:

Is it wrong to think being defriended by a liberal is a badge of honor? If they can't defend their stupid positions, they shouldn't put them up on public forum for me to criticize.

I am reminded of one of Larry the Cable Guy's Christmas Carols (think Little Drummer Boy)

"Get a job you bum ba bum bum
Money don't grow on trees you bum ba bum bum."

:rotf: That was a pretty good thread by Coolest Rump ranger there, but I think he may be a mole after saying what he did about the South.

I don't think I've unfriended anyone on Facebook, not even any liberals.  However, I did block the posts of one guy, but that was only during the baseball season and he was an asshole Cardinals fan. :)

It's always cool to tell a man to take control of his woman.

Especially in liberal circles.

Yeah, you didn't try to take any ownership of your friend at all, did you, DUmmie?   You had no intention whatsoever of trying to get him to tickle your uvula, did you?

:whatever:

Did it ever occur to you, DUmmie deviant, that women can sense when their man is being hit on?  That women can smell that shit from a mile away?

That stupid ass PM would have earned you an earful about blood and water in addition to a big "thank you, I didn't see that coming" to the wife and sister.  You did him a favor and probably saved yourself some humiliation by getting away from him, rump ranger.

Fight alleged bigotry with actual bigotry.

That's been the MO for victim groups since 1960.

Aw shucks. I was working on an Xmas story with that title, involving Pab and his husband, but I thought better of it.

Fat Che's Little Brother does things with partridges and pear trees we don't want to know about.

Fat Che's Little Brother does things with partridges and pear trees we don't want to know about.

I don't mind sharing the, um, climax:

"Oh, no," Fat Che's Little Brother said, holding up the package of gilded condoms. "I sold my Tower of Power to buy you this." Fat Che's Little Brother had in his other hand a bling-encrusted length of PVC pipe that had been painted silver, with metallic flecks.

Pab's husband nodded grimly and forced a wan smile. "That's a beautiful pipe, Fat Che's Little Brother. But I sold the gerbils to buy you the golden condoms."

The two husbands laughed bitterly for a moment, and then sat and shook their heads, each considering the inspirational selflessness of the other. It would be the merriest Christmas either could imagine. Plus, they'd **** anyway.

For a group of people who like to call themselves 'gay' they sure do seem to be a pissy lot.
