This weasel has not worked in years, sponges off his parents, takes vacations on the parents' dime, uses Canadian resources for all his real or imaginary ailments (physical and mental), and now has the audacity to describe what he is "buying" for gifts.
Whose money is it, Loconuts? Is it money you've saved from your allowance, the allowance given to a 12 year old trapped in a 31 year old adult body?
You should be ashamed!

What have you bought this Christmas? Or are planning to buy?
Careful not to ruin the surprise for anyone. Don't post anything if you have an SO, friends or family who read your posts. I'd hate to be responsible for ruining anything.
Anyway here's what I've got:
For my father: 3 books (The Master and the Margarita) (Oracle Bones - A travelog from China from an author he likes) (The Orphan Master's Son - A wonderful book I've been reading that I think he will enjoy)
For my mother: $150 gift card to an art supply store nearby. She wants to get back into painting. She is a painter by training and has long regretted she never made a career of it.
Various odd stocking stuffers.
We mutually stopped exchanging gifts among the other relatives a few years back as it was getting out of hand.
I know that I'm likely to get money and some other stuff. My parents will exchange money for the most part.

How about one of those cute homemade coupon books, Loconuts?

"Borrowed" the funds to make the purchases. :banghead:
From his parents.

BFDU, :lmao:
I think it's odd the parents exchange money. Isn't it the household budget? Can't they think of a single token of their affection, that they could actually go to the store, purchase, and wrap? Maybe they're as lazy as he is.

Or his SIS extorted from us.

34. How is it?...
I have a feeling I might get a PS4 for Christmas. Between the 2 I'd lean towards the PS4 myself. But the One looks like it has a lot of potential.
:thatsright:
His parents need to buy him a new suit, razor and a bar of soap a lot more than a f'n PS4.

He's obviously Mommy and Daddy's special little flower. He's going to get whatever his pretty little heart wants.

I knew a couple who kept heir money completely separate. Two accounts, split the bills, the whole nine yards.
I can't imagine doing that. They didn't last together but a few years, anyways. You're practically hedging for failure when you do something like that.

The parents of this parasite should also be ashamed.

One wonders how they can look at him and/or each other without feeling revulsion at what they've created. A PS4 so the loser can spend more time in the basement instead of going out into the world.

My brother-in-law (Doug) got a much better deal, His wife was divorced from a lawyer whom she took to the cleaners. She put all the divorce money in investment accounts and allows Doug to take care of all household, transportation and vacation expenses.

My sister and her husband do something like that. They share one account for paying bills, but each of them pay separate bills ,too. They've been married for 44 years, albeit not always happily.

Of course they are. They taught him everything that he knows.

H5!!!!
Especially the last one. One correction if I may... the last one should state that the previous two must be used first. Otherwise ma and pa loconuts would clip that out first, hand him a revolver with one round in it, and tell him to go in the basement and play russian roulette until he finally hits the jackpot.

received a call from a child that told me they had no money to give their kids or grand kids. Then I found the family was receiving gifts from Charity's. -- checking into this I FOUND MY mother had sent them $100.00 and her siblings another $100.00
Question from Mom was it possible any of the kids ever got one penny of our gifts OF MONEY .
Poor loconuts, he will not grow up until all the enablers are out of his life, he has to now strive for his life, and he may do just fine.

Nobody who is a sincere member of dupland will ever "do just fine" in the real world.
