WACO, Texas (AP) â€” Nine hours after his release from prison, Jonique Ramon Webster was back in custody again for trying to burglarize a Central Texas prosecutor's home.

Webster was given 40 years in prison Thursday for the June incident.

Oops, wrong target. Moral of the story is do not commit the crime, if you cannot do the time. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Prosecutor's house gets you 40 years....my or your house and their back on the street in a few hours.
