Ok I like it, I believe the CCA is an important award since it is your choice.

The Willie on Christmas Eve and the Top DUmmie of 2013 finishing it all out on New Year's Eve are "musts;" we want to open with a bang, and close with a bang.

What about for each winner an adoption by a caver to follow that DUmmie for the next year. Maybe even make that DUmmie a pet project and even mole troll to motivate their adopted DUmmie ?

I've started writing the awards--excepting for the CCA, as I haven't yet decided the winner of that one--but I needed to say that while writing them, I oftentimes think of SGT Snuggle Bunny and Freeper, the chief moderators here in the DUmpster, who do such an excellent job keeping this forum animated and growing.

Of course, it's the members who actually do that, but someone has to give meaning and leadership, and that burden falls upon the shoulders of SGT Snuggle Bunny and Freeper, who so willingly and enthusiastically bear it, and oh so well.

Thanks, you two!  You're an inspiration to all of us, but surely to no one more so than me.

Merry Christmas!

I'd be tempted to let mine starve.  :-)

Given the outlook for the weather the next several days, the awardments will begin earlier than planned.

It's supposed to be really bad, and best to get started too early than too late.

<<<inclement weather in the Sandhills oftentimes causes problems in daily routines and plans.

Look for the first awardment this evening.

My apologies for the change.

No apologies needed.  God has this Way of throwing our plans into . . . 'spins.'

That's quite good. Whatever happened to all those tamogotchi pets ? I'm sure they were neglected. I'm surprised the libs didn't form an SPCT.
