Lawsuit: Mississippi school forced ‘pathetic dyke’ to use the boys’ bathroom
after which a whole lot of blah-blah-blah, including this:
Students regularly referred to her as “dyke,†“lesbo†and “dyke-ass freak.â€

1. Poor, poor girl. How can people be so hurtful to others especially when they're at such a fragile age? My heart aches for her.

3. That Principal should be summarily dismissed and forced to pay any damages awarded by a lawsuit personally. Instead, the school district will end up paying, and the children who attend those schools will suffer from that. The Principal should be the one to bear the cost of her bigotry, I believe. Insofar as the school district is responsible, the members of the school board should bear financial responsibility, as well. Let them pay for their bigotry out of their own pockets.

18. It sounds like the students are also part of the problem so I would not have a problem with the school district being forced to make a huge financial payout.
It makes you wonder if it would be possible to bring RICO charges against the school (Principal/Teachers) and students for working together to deny this student her civil rights through terrorism (they forced her father to home school her for her safety). Why stop at just going after the school? The father should go after everyone involved including the students and their parents. (Just in case the students try to cite an affluenza line of defense).

It's happening in small-town California too. Horrifying stuff. Thought we'd gotten waaay past this but I guess Bush-Cheney turned the clock back further than we thought.
Anyway I hope the family can stick it out until their daughter is old enough to head to college or just to get the heck out of their. Hattiesburg would be a big improvement if they can figure out how to get her there. Going by what a friend says who's lived there several years.

Moss Point High School has had foreign exchange students every school year for several years now.

So many questions and observations on teenagers.
I did note the young lady did say it was not good to deny anyone from WANTING to be a Gay or what ever.
So what do I know about teenage girls . Comes a time when the hormones rise and fall like the tide.
All these physical changes and the body's reaction can be surprising to the female her self and family.
Where did sweet Sue go to, 6 months ago she was wonderful child and over night it seems she has changed into a discontented sullen kid that crys at the drop of a hat.
Reminds us of grandma when she went through change of life, happy one minute then crying the next.
Why is grandma in such a bad mood and so hot all the time, runs about with a fan in her hand.
I am trying to do 20/20 back sight on this, What would I have done had one of my girls come to me at 13 and told me she did not like to be around boys ? She had decided she was a Dike at that age??
Only in some other dimension would I know that and I do not want to go there.
Now if this daughter of mine were to be bullied at school by teachers and school authority's for her at the time her self image, As any other [ at least some] I would be momma bear as are most mothers when their child is picked on for their size, weight, the shape of their eyes or the color of their skin.
I say leave these kids alone, no reason to rush a young child to the Head Shrink that will only reinforce their ideas. Say some of us females were Tom Boys, we had more fun doing boy things then playing with dolls.
We learned how to take a tractor engine apart, learned to do electricity and plumbing skills. We were taught to hunt and shoot, how to lay carpet and tile floors. Best Christmas gift for a Tom Boy is a tool box full of items they will need.
These Tom Boys I hung out with also had that tug of the feminine side so we wore dresses, makeup ROLLED OUR HAIR. Dating was a problem unless one could find a boy was not threatened by our skills or were wimps that had no idea of how to change a bicycle tire.
To me if this child wants to be a Dike, then open the boys room when she has learned to Pee standing up.

To read them, it's apparent they believe the southern states are wholly populated by people of European derivation, that it's lily-white down there; that everybody's a buck-toothed hillbilly or yahoo Christer.
But don't the southern states have the largest percentages of non-European-derived minorities of all the 50 states?

Witness the elderly gay couples holding hands and wearing cutoff shorts in Key West as an example. To fully realize your soon to be lesbian lifestyle in a man's body, I would like to offer you some ideas. As it's now permissable to enter the ladies room and to be more courteous to your fellow bathroom users, make sure to attach mirrors to the toes of your shoes to ensure you do not intrude into an occupied stall so as to not cause confusion and embarassment. When washing your hands, it is only permissable to oggle a fellow bathroom user when they too are looking down. Again, proper ettiquete dictates that we do not want to cause further confusion and embarassment due to your obvious handicap.

My advice to her would be to keep those proclivities to herself and save the martyr stuff until she moved to the land of fruits and nuts. Especially if attending a school full of Ozero sons.

Here in red state hell, the largest segment of the population by far is exiled Yankees.
Not as bad as shitholes like South Florida, but we were here for a while before hearing the first southern accent.
