Heartwarming story about Obamacare overheard in coffee shop (http://www.democraticunderground.com/10024172837)

As I was sitting in the coffee shop, I heard a man and woman sitting at the table discussing their small businesses. It was hard to determine exactly what both of them did, but it sounded like both were in businesses making and selling crafts.

They were both seeing economy picking up in the past few months, and both had checked out the healthcare website. The woman had already enrolled in a plan for herself that was going to save her $300 a month and she's getting more coverage than her previous plan.

I was just happy to hear people are actually finding the be edit of Obamacare rather than refuse to check it out because of the bad publicity it's gotten.

You are trying too hard.  :loser:

I can only guess their look when a wild eyed, molester looking moonbat gave them a business card (probably written from the box of crayons he has in the van) offering logistic consulting services.

Well, hot damn, Curtis.  You have stumbled upon one of the 44 that actually signed up in Oregon!

Unless, of course, you're lying your ass off...

She's saving $300/mo by getting a subsidy of $700/mo that the rest of us have to pay for.

Moocher.

So it seems he suffers from bouncy disfunction too.  Not surprising considering his lame performance over here.

DUmmies have told me (via threads in DUmmyland) that the bad (despite several years of hope and change) economy is causing/has caused small business owners to work more and more in order to survive.

How can two of those small business owners find time, at the same time, to lounge away valuable time in a coffee shop.  One would think they'd have a coffee pot in their place of business.

edited to add: I don't believe the story.  BS to Pretzel on his next post over here.

Of course this never happened. As wasp69  pointed out things are not booming at the Oregon exchange. Only people signing up are for medicaid.

Overheard at small coffee sop, CHECK.
Economy picking up, CHECK.
Obama Care saving money, CHECK.
Obama Care giving better coverage, CHECK.

I give it 2.5 bongs for getting the latest DNC talking points in.

Now that the doctors are refusing to take Obama Care patients is getting some MSM time, there are going to be a shitload of Bouncys come the beginning of the year about how people that could never get in to see the top doc in their field the very next day.

Those people he claims he overheard were probably the coffee shop owners.

While I doubt that the encounter actually occurred it's possible that Curt made up his story while while wiping tables at the Starbucks on Walker rd., around the corner from World Headquarters of Branson Management Consulting.

Just picking up a few extra bucks until business picks up ya know.

Yes, every conversation that I don't overhear mentions that.

Over and over.   :whatever:

When did they start talking about Colonial Pen life insurance? that's usually when conversations really seem to pick up
