Cauliflower Breadsticks!
Hardly any calories for the whole pan!
•1 large head of cauliflower
•2 cloves garlic, grated or minced
•2 large eggs, lightly beaten
•4 oz low fat mozzarella cheese
•1/2 teaspoon onion powder
•salt
•pepper
•Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
•Chop the cauliflower into chunks and place into microwave for about 5 minutes or until soft
•Place the cauliflower into a food processor and blend until it's a mashed potato texture
•In a medium bowl, stir together cauliflower, eggs, cheese, and seasonings
•Lightly spray a baking pan with spray oil and coat with the mixture (about 1/2 inch thick)
•Bake at 450 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until the top starts to brown
•Add additional cheese to the top and enjoy

and they wonder why they have so many friends and family issues.

They sure take a lot of pride in seeing which of them can eat the worst stuff.

Never heard of this, so I went looking. Depending on the talent of your food stylist photographer, you can come up with something quite attractive:

However that above is using full fat cheese and a hell of a lot of it. (Which I have no problem with).
Some of the other photos were very unappetizing. These were the low fat versions. Pale, sickly, and pathetic.

Most people in the reviews said that they fell apart, you couldn't dip them like that, until were cold. Mmmmm.

As a veggie lover this is right up my alley.
Brussels Sprout cake [?] This cannot be what we out side Asia call cake. Would need bacon, lots of it. lemon juice, eggs perhaps some rice or rice flour and cheese .
Darn anyone got a recipe for this interesting concox-ion. Perhaps one of us can if we experiment win the Pillsbury bake off and $1,000.000 bucks.

That is what I have read about them too. The youtube cooking videos on how to make these makes it look easy. The reviews on the other hand have the same complaints of them crumbling apart or being soggy.
