Here comes trouble... Obama did not lie.

I found out today that I can keep my old health insurance if I want to. High deductible, no drug coverage, no subsidy etc.

The 2014 plan that I like costs 30% more but has much better bennies, lower deductible and qualifies for a subsidy. Net cost of the new plan will be about 1/2 the cost of the old plan.

so if you turn your head just so, squint a bit and look in the other direction.... OBAMA DIDN'T LIE!  see? all better now.

8. Glad you have no problem with something that didn't happen.

The position was always that when the ACA passed all existing plans were grandfathered and would not have to be cancelled. People could keep them, the ACA would not force them off.

THAT WAS TRUE.

Only the most obtuse of idiots could extend that statement to really meaning that nothing in all the universe would cause any private insurance company to decide to stop offering those plans ever, and NOTHING would cause the people on them to no longer have them.

Unfortunately the nation appears to be overflowing with obtuse idiots. That does not however make Obama a liar on the issue. It did make it politically necessary for him to "apologize" to the clueless masses however.

Delusion can be such an ugly thing.

31. No, "ever" is "ever".

As in the ACA HAS NOT and WILL NOT EVER force you off a plan you had when it was passed that you wanted to keep. All plans were grandfathered on passage. That's the ****ing law.

If you lost it it was because of your freaking insurance company taking informed action to cause it to go away on their own (then often bullshitting and blaming it on Obamacare).

Understand? Or do I need to start explaining the obtuse angle here again?
What's your definition of "is?"

29. And all you keep hearing lately is the lack of truthfulness from Obama.

All because he said you can keep your insurance plan. What a bunch of BS the media keeps pushing. Obama is the most truthful politician I know.

...and the cherry on the top of this sundae.  When you lie, you're really truthful!

I wonder if the uncle he doesn't know, kept his insurance plan.

It's the super secret family plan that only the well connected get to have.  See? If you had let the O shack up on your couch back in the day, you'd have been covered.  Just had to be too cheap and not buy that sofa cover, huh?

You lie.  Sebelius monkeyed around with the regs in the middle of the night to insure that only the tiniest of slivers of existing plans would be grandfathered.

Just because you squawk at each other in your bubble, doesn't make it true.  It also doesn't do a thing for the public's perception, that your fraud of a preezy is huge liar and conman.

I hope DUmbasses far and wide keep telling the non political "middle" these things.
They still know a lie when they see it and have to deal with it.

Only in a DUmmy's mind could something that costs more be considered less expensive.

I can't wait to see the paperpwork attached to this gummint subsidy.

Then I guess all those stories about the cACA website crashing multiple times daily, all those that "signed up" may not actually be signed up, and it having more bugs and security glitches than Section 8 housing has cockroaches are false as well?

Megan Kelly reported that somewhere in Florida there were only 7 pediatricians to cover almost 300k children.  There is no way that is going to work.  Of course the left would probably think not caring for babies is a good thing.

They already do, the unborn ones!

So either King Barky the Liar lied about the grandfathered plans that were canceled or he lied about lying about the canceled grandfathered plans when he semi-apologized?

"If you like your plan, you can keep your plan. Period."

So a plan people had and renewed for the past 20 years, and would have remained in place had obamacare not come into existance, but suddenly went away when it did, isn't the fault of obamacare and he wasn't lying?

Yeah, speaking of "obtuse idiots," in the dictionary next to that phrase is a picture of the gcomeau primitive.

It was a "bait and switch"  plan the whole time. "You can keep your insurance as long as it doesn't change" went right out the window when the Ocare law required them to change the plans in order to be in compliance with the law.

The DUmmies are sooooooooo stupid.  It's sad they are led around by their masters and kept in the dark.  No wonder Skinner doesn't want them to get any information outside of his approved sources  and talking points.

Everything the democrats said about Obamacare has been nothing but a pack lies.

From the polls, it appears the public isn't quite as delusional as some of the DUmmies.

Somebody is in for a rude awakening.

That must be quite the plan to have 30% better benefits.  Please note that it said that the plan it likes not that it actually purchased said plan.  Better get on the Obamacare train sparky, it's about to leave the station.

I was curious how the misfits were handling the implosion of this administration.   Glad to see they didn't disappoint.

And you're as full of shit as a Christmas Goose, asshole.  Congratulations on acquiring the 55 gal drum of industrial-strength stupid.  Keep up with MSLSD, though.  They need the viewers.
