Auburn defeats Alabama with a 110 yard FG return for winning TD. Missed it on TV, but downloaded from the Internet.
Just WOW! (http://www.conservativecave.com/Smileys/default/yahoo.gif)
Auburn beats a conference rival, ends Alabama's unbeaten streak, knocks Alabama out of the top three in the BCS; can't top that.........(http://www.conservativecave.com/Smileys/default/happy.gif)

Yesterday was the first day off I had in a long time so we had our Thanksgiving dinner. Duke and Auburn provided historical entertainment. What a day! :yahoo:

I don't usually watch football but I watched a lot yesterday....the Ohio vs Mich. fight....Alabama vs Auburn was crazy/wild....Duke, where did they get a football team????...S. Carolina vs butter fingers Clemson...USC makes it 4 in a row.
Also saw parts of NC State....Wake Forest....Gramlin....hey TV was full of grudge matches yesterday. Those are the games where if you've had a bad season all can be forgiven if you win that one game. I know it's that way with USC vs Clemson.

The mascot for the tide is the elephant, hmmm.

It was about to go into overtime. Saban bitched about a second being put back onto the clock. He wanted to end the game right there with a FG. He got the second. .....and the FG attempt. .....that was ran back for a TD. :-)

I know everyone is having a good giggle over Alabama's loss, but, seriously? You want to watch the ACC and Big Ten "duke it out" for the National Championship? :puke:

What if Michigan State beats Ohio State (very possible), Duke beats FSU (highly unlikely), and Auburn beats Mizzou (possible)? Then you'd see Auburn and Alabama in a rematch. ....and Alabama doesn't lose rematches. #TA&M, #LSU.

All fine and good, but I don't see that happening. I see FSU and OSU, playing for the title, in a game I would have no clue who to cheer for.
Ahh, well.... At least OSU wouldn't have to worry about getting their asses beat by another SEC team.

I don't think OSU will beat Michigan State. I also don't know if Mizzou can beat Auburn. FSU will be in the NC though.

Unless charges are filed against Winston. That might affect the voting/eligibility.

I thought TAMU was going to be the thorn in 'Bama's ass this year. Definitely did not see Auburn coming.
Didn't figure Missouri to win the SEC East, either...

I like seeing the underdog win. :yahoo:

Evidently that rivalry is among the most bitter. Maybe the most.
