Title: Census ‘faked’ 2012 election jobs report

In the home stretch of the 2012 presidential campaign, from August to September, the unemployment rate fell sharply — raising eyebrows from Wall Street to Washington.

The decline — from 8.1 percent in August to 7.8 percent in September — might not have been all it seemed. The numbers, according to a reliable source, were manipulated.

And the Census Bureau, which does the unemployment survey, knew it.

Of course I'm sure our dim bulb of a president had no knowledge of such deception taking place on his watch...

Ace of Spades (http://ace.mu.nu/archives/345075.php) also has a writeup on this and a link to FOX which tells the tale of how Obama moved the Census Department's chain of command over to the White House under Rahm Emmanuel right after his election.

Between this and the IRS targeting conservative groups, I wonder what other government agencies were corrupted by Obama to help throw the election in 2012.

Looking at the Cuyahoga County website.  Either they're lying or the graphic is not quite accurate.  

In summary, there were 927,996 registered voters; 650,437 votes cast; 447,273 for Obama, 190,660 for Romney, The remainder in under 1% chunks split between five* other candidates.

*Presumably, the third party candidate, as well as the candidates for the fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh parties.

Please, folks: we have enough real truth behind our position.  We don't need to make stuff up.  Let the LibDems do that.

at which point can we say this has risen to the level of impeachment?

That tide is rising faster than Obama can make any ocean recede.  Whether or not anyone has the political will to follow through is the actual question.

Sounds like impeachment to me. Census is suppose to operate independent of White House.

The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee sent a letter today to the director the Census Bureau, citing a New York Post story claiming that employment data was fabricated. The report claims the deception took place first in 2010 and then escalated in the run up to the 2012 election. That includes the unemployment rate put out just before the election when it dropped from 8.1 percent to 7.8 percent.

The Census Bureau said in a statement that it’s taking these allegations seriously and added, “We have no reason to believe that there was a systematic manipulation of the data described in media reports.”

Given the inappropriate conduct of the IRS, the State Department, the Secret Service, the ATF, and damn near every other department under this President, why would anyone choose to believe what the Census Bureau has to say?

When Obama finds out this happened he is going to be pissed. I'm sure he will get answers just like he did for the IRS scandal.
