I have been reading the stuff at DU for many years now, I haven't registered to comment on there for a few reasons. The first being that I am not a political person but am interested in other activities beyond all that and there are some good things to read through on there from time to time. The second being I'm not American (there's my problem.. heh someone was gonna say it) so getting into the politics and stuff wouldn't be worth my time. A little while ago my attention was brought to your forum through various posts on DU whining and crying about it and I slowly started thinking to check this site from time to time.. The way you guys mess with them is great, it's fun to read your ribbing of a lot of the PoPs as you call them and the top ten dummies is funny as well. I find myself checking this site before I even go over to the other one now. A lot of them truly are ****ed... Keep it up...

Thanks, sir.
Now that you're registered, I encourage you to vote in the races for the top ten DUmmies of 2013.
That begins happening about suppertime November 27.

I, and a great many more I'm sure, appreciate that. I don't delve into Canadian matters and have always respected the same treatment in return. Welcome here, and enjoy. Yes, the (D)Ullards are a trip and fishing in upper Ontario is awesome. :cheersmate:

Canadians know a lot more about what's going on south of the border than what's actually effecting them here. A lot of that has to do with American TV being way better than Canadian TV.. But they seem To care more about it.. Ask them about issues in the states and they have answers, ask them about stuff going on right here.. And they don't know. I only talk politics about where I can actually vote to try to help or change things, and even then, I'm pretty relaxed about it.. So I don't bother commenting too much on political forums. Not that I am misinformed it just seems to be a big merry go round for me. However, discussing websites about politics is fair game.
