Fewer than 50k people have signed up on the exchanges, and they are probably the people just over the Medicaid limits, but still getting subsidies from the government.
Others are finding sticker shock and may just not get insured until they get sick and need it.

And Medicaid already existed... as I have been saying. WE DIDN'T NEED A WHOLE NEW LAW that ****s the whole country!
