I stumbled on this while doing a little checking on jeffersonsghost.
As we all have noted, the weeble hasn't been very active in GD, for quite a while.
I know all of you will be thrilled to know, I found her.

Occasional posts up until 21 August, then the flood gates opened.
I wonder what happened around 21 August. :whatever: :whistling:

Excellent find.
Nutcase nadin at her best, educating her little band of lunatics.
Did you ever wonder how she's able to come up with those indecipherable but hilarious word salads?
She has software that does it for her!!

Ah, I was wondering why Grammarian was crashing like nuts
they upgraded the software to be compatible.
http://linguisoft.com/
So I got the upgrade today. I DEPEND on that, to be honest. It is a good program. So if you need to improve your writing, and while there is an online program, it is way too rich for my blood. I paid 25 for the upgrade, and it is totally worth it.
Actually, I think a nadin draft would probably crash any spell check/grammar check program.
Now, some software may not be compatible with all the many markets clamoring for nadin's work.
She has lots of customers, each with their own requirements, right?

Hey folks if you write you might find this app useful
I cannot really turn track changes on for one of my markets. Yes, I know I can bring this up on Word, and on my lovely pages, and a few other word processors. So what happens when you work at a place where none should use track changes? It's technical. Well, I found purely by chance a free app today (free for the moment) at the Mac App Store. I am a believer now.
Reminding the DUmmies of her exciting life of adventure, while they're stuck at the DUmp:

Laugh, I have a cheap Android phone for silly things
like well, fires. I really did not feel like spending a lot of quid for it since we take them to places most of you would say we are nuts to go to, and we are.
Again reminding the DUmmies that she has a boss(with a blog), because she's a journo(unpaid):
That said, that Nokia Lumia, yes the one with the camera that does 41 MP does look enticing as a secondary camera. I know, I know IT IS a windows device, but at least the office suite should be compatible (snicker no it is not) with the office suite my boss uses
.
Secondary camera to The Good Rig.
And she's a power user with awesome computer skills:
This reminds me for all of you who might still use Microsoft Office (on the mac) realize that if your compadres in the windows word use Office the year before, you will have hiccups from time to time. I just save in Doc, and save some, well most headaches. I did extensive research after the boss kept having issues. Even the RTF has issues. (Yes it is microsoft generated, not you)
And she does quality control on Apple software:

I found a nitt with 7.0
Intend to report on it. Should be fixed. If it goes off into sleep on it's own, it does not bring the keyboard. If I turn it to sleep and wake it, it does.
And she expands the DUmmies' street slang vocabulary:

3. What in the world is a nitt?
It's not in the dictionary nor is it defined in the Urban Dictionary.

Huh....I always assumed she used Mycrowsoft Wird.

Holy crap, that reads just like that British show "Keeping Up Appearances" The woman thinks she's better than she is, etc... I couldn't stop reading it without the accent in the back of my head.
For those of you less sophisticated than I:

I guess we could say that Nadin is a big nitt (in Southern Cali street urban slang, of course).
Nadin is nothing more than a self-important blob of nothingness. :loser:

All I know about computers I learned from Nadin.................now where is that over and out button?

2. ESL, so I depend on these tools
and the one in Word is pretty basic.
I think it is actually better than version 1.7, though it will take more work, (copy and paste)
I ran a piece of fiction through it already and I was impressed at what it found. just for shits and giggles, will run this post and post bellow the corrected version.

Great program - it's programmed just for Nadin-speak. It didn't even catch the word "bellow," although that fits for Nadin.

I was born and raised in So Cal (50+ years). I lived all over the Southland, from Azusa to Malibu, from Pomona to Woodland Hills.
I can tell you, NO ONE calls it "Cali" (I think that is a Gold Coast term). I can also tell you "nitt" is not part of any L.A. Street speak.

She is also under the impression she conducts commerce in British currency.

She must have read the manual; "Software for DUmmies".

Me, I don't think the primitives wonder at all.
I on the other hand wonder why cousin nadin wonders why we make fun of her.
For someone who's smarter than God, she's pretty dense.

3. Now that I have figured it out, and brought it fully on line
yes, it is annoying, but it does work. I have it on live checking mode, but I know I can use the help as it were.
I swear it took another time out, to laugh at her. :rotf:

We used to have a rooster that would do some serious post bellowing.

Unlike post turtles, post roosters know what they're doing up there.

True. And post roosters don't need a teleprompter.

Nitt=Sheriff
Actually, it's Authentic Frontier Speak. According to Gabby Johnson, "the sheriff is a nitt."

Her usage here is referring to "nit-picking". Def: minute and usually unjustified criticism
Nit=larval/young stage of lice.

Do Southern Cali street urban people do a lot of picking at nits?
More importantly, do they talk about it?

Nits are the province of occupoopers.

Nadin, it turns out, is a teenage girl from Minnesota moling as a Mexican Jew. Cali is a dead giveaway.
