Right Wing’s Surge in Europe Has the Establishment Rattled

HVIDOVRE, Denmark — As right-wing populists surge across Europe, rattling established political parties with their hostility toward immigration, austerity and the European Union, Mikkel Dencker of the Danish People’s Party has found yet another cause to stir public anger: pork meatballs missing from kindergartens.
A member of Denmark’s Parliament and, he hopes, mayor of this commuter-belt town west of Copenhagen, Mr. Dencker is furious that some day care centers have removed meatballs, a staple of traditional Danish cuisine, from their cafeterias in deference to Islamic dietary rules. No matter that only a handful of kindergartens have actually done so. The missing meatballs, he said, are an example of how “Denmark is losing its identity†under pressure from outsiders.

It is also Europe’s new reality. All over, established political forces are losing ground to politicians whom they scorn as fear-mongering populists. In France, according to a recent opinion poll, the far-right National Front has become the country’s most popular party. In other countries — Austria, Britain, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Finland and the Netherlands — disruptive upstart groups are on a roll.
This phenomenon alarms not just national leaders but also officials in Brussels who fear that European Parliament elections next May could substantially tip the balance of power toward nationalists and forces intent on halting or reversing integration within the European Union.

The last time the right wing went up, was when the left was silent (or silenced) and that left the right to speak got low income wage earners.
The Establishment parties have to give up on austerity and think about the working class wants. Bringing in immigrants to keep wages low (and to make sure no shortage of workers, so wages do NOT go up) is not the answer (and the reason immigration is permitted it to lower wages, nothing else). The people affected by the drop in wages will look to someone who is willing to address the problem they are facing, wages cuts. The right wing is doing so by blaming the wage cuts and lack of jobs on immigration.
The left offers the working class no solution to the lack of jobs and low wages, thus the working class looks to the Right. I have to blame the Left, they refuse to address the effect immigration has on native born working class people. It is almost, like accept it, get over it, we know it will cut your wages, just accept it for we want to look like we are tolerate of minorities. Thus that issue is left to the Right to fill, and the Right has filled that gap.

Nope. The main reason the leftist politicians opened the flood gates to islamic immigration is that they knew these poorly educated and socially backward people would reliably vote for leftists. No other reason. The Liberal party in the UK openly admitted this. I still don't know why the English didn't promptly hang the lot of them.

I'll take this. DUchebags, know when you buddy says come over I got the kind bud, beer and Cheetos? Only when you get there you find out it crappy weed, stale Cheetos, and you pay for the beer for him. That's kind of like have shit loads of third world 7th century freaks come into your country. They live off of the host citizens, demand more free stuff all the time, demand that you obey their customs and sensibilities.
Some things like the cACA Obama HellCare bill sound ****ing great but then turn to shit. That's a lot like importing a bunch of third world 7th century cavemen destroy your country and its values.

Sounds like something that I couldn't agree more on.
This is the epitome of "tyranny of the minority"; a select group of people, be they immigrants or not, demands the entire world change to suit their beliefs. If the parents of Muslim children are so offended at meatballs in the school, let them pay to send their children to private schools.
