House GOP tweaks Obama, schedules vote on Keep Your Health Plan Act
The Keep Your Health Plan Act, H.R. 3350, was introduced last week by House Energy & Commerce Committee Chairman Fred Upton (R-Mich.) and more than two dozen Republicans. As of Wednesday, co-sponsorship had grown to 88 members.
Upton's bill authorizes insurance companies to keep offering plans that they have said need to be canceled because of ObamaCare's new insurance standards. Since early October, companies have sent out millions of notices to enrollees saying their plans will be scrapped and, in many cases, replaced by more expensive plans.

Nice try, but it will never make it to the Senate much less to Obama's desk.

They can run on they tried to let you keep it, but the democrats said NO.

I'm not so sure that the Senate won't allow a vote, Harry Reid is in a pickel and he has to be worrying about Democrats up for re-election next year like Landrieu.

I hope they are counting on it not passing and/or Obama not signing it.
OTOH, the individual mandate and the people having to pay these higher prices is a fundamental necessity for ObamaCare to work. It might just be a win/win situation for the republicans.

Landrieu is sweating buck shots over the health care bill and energy policies. Cassady should put a whipping on her.

Voting for this would only help the Democrats in the '14 election. If they do vote for it, they should demand that everyone has to use it, including congress, unions and the 2000 other groups that Obama exempted.
