Hey DUers I Need Some Emergency Help From You All

Last edited Sun Nov 3, 2013, 01:09 PM USA/ET - Edit history (1)

I have been told by the attorney working on my SSI appeal that it will be another 3 to 4 weeks before I get a ruling, she said I should have it by December.

So now I am here in my Fathers house with $1.000 in bills that I can not pay, I have a house payment, a truck payment, the gas and light bill, and the Cable/phone/internet bill from Comcast. That means I need to raise the money by the 10th of November or I will be late on some bills, the truck payment is not due until the 28th so I have a little longer on that one.

I was living with my 89 year old Father and taking care of him, he had Alzheimers and Dementia and I took care of him 24/7 for the last 3 years. Then he passed away and it left me disabled with a bad back and other medical problems. I am 53 years old and I can not work due to my back and medical problems.

I am still depressed from my Father dying and I might have to go on some kind of anti-depressant medication. The Illinois department of human services is sending my to see a Psychologist at Proctor First Care to have psychological testing on November 12th. And I have a doctor appointment on the 20th with my own doctor, and she is thinking about putting me on anti-depressant pills.

I filed for SSI in December of 2012, then it was denied in May of this year, so we appealed the ruling and they tell me I will have the appeal ruling soon.

So if you guys could help me out and make a donation to help me pay my bills for November I would greatly appreciate it. Here is my paypal info:

Paypal: oreillyspins@yahoo.com
Website paypal donation link: http://www.oreilly-sucks.com/donate.htm

P.S. One GrassRoot is also helping me set up a fundraising link at wishadoo, but it is not set up yet.

  :whatever:

290 primitive views, and only that 1 primitive comment.

It doesn't look like the primitives are interested in helping Ol' stew, who probably should get off his ass and go around picking up aluminum cans at least.

Maybe Ol' stew has gone to the well once too often.

You would think he'd be making a fortune selling ad space on his oreilly-sucks website.

Moonbat websites are gold mines, you know.

Yet, while Skimmer and Crazy Andrea and Crazy Miriam are all tooling around in new Benz ragtops,
poor Ol' stew is begging to pay his light bill.

What's up with that?

Skimmer, crazy and crazy are sellouts maaan.  Stewie has been speaking truth to power and the "man" has his foot on poor Stewie's neck.  That is why his SSI has been mysteriously held up and "they" probably had something to do with the death of his meal ti...er dad.

This is what you get if you click on the link to his o'reilly sucks website:

Please make a donation to help me keep oreilly-sucks.com online. I am disabled with a bad back and other medical problems, and my 89 year old Father passed away on May 14th of 2013. So I need to raise enough money to cover my expenses every month. You can donate through paypal using the button below, they do accept credit cards.

Notice: There is now a minimum donation of $5.00, because idiot Republicans think it's funny to make a 1 cent donation
.

Wow, he's been begging for money from the DUmbasses since at least 2007.

18. right here

thanks for nothing pal. maybe you should try to live on no money when ur stuck between a rock and a hard place with a bad back but not bad enough to get disability.

then have to live with ur crazy old 82 year old father just to survive. then do a public service to the American people (for no pay) by documenting all the crap o'reilly says and have your so-called friends rat you out to the mods at DU.

good job, i hope your proud of yourself. now you can say you helped to stop people here from visiting my website and helping me make some money to eat on.

maybe i'll just shut my website down and give up, because of people like you.

19. Well Stewert, maybe you should take two steps back and look at it from OUR point of view.

We have no way of knowing if you are for real or not.
Never met you in real life; probably never will.

We haven't seen you post here in a year, and suddenly
we get PM's asking for money. It's a bit "off-putting".

And your timing really SUCKS, seeing as how we JUST YESTERDAY
had a major Internet Spam-Artist get tombstoned here.

Y'know, I'm leaning toward deciding that you are "for real",
just because a con artist would know better than to cop such
an INSULTING, PISSY-ASSED 'TUDE.

If I had any money, I'd send you some. But I don't. I'm an artist,
and my total income in this, the 6th Year of B*shenomics, has been
less than $500 so far. I have a pending sale that may boost it to $575
in a week or two.

That's GROSS income; if I figure in materials costs, I'm about
$200 in the hole.

If you actuall maintained a PRESENCE here, no doubt a lot of
us would be willing to help generate traffic for your site,
which might lead to more donations, or even some ADVERTISING $$$
if you get dependable traffic..

But just showing up out of the blue like this, hitting us up
for donations while we're still trying to REMEMBER you?
BAD plan, friend.

Looks like about the same time he got slapped around for begging with PM's back in 2007.

Personally I find his honest attitude refreshing;  F*** you, give me money.

A couple of the hobos around here have taken up dancing at stoplights to try to drum up some money, rather than just standing there with a sign.

Stewert might want to try incorporating some sort of entertainment like that into his posts if he wants to drum up more interest.

This particular DUmmy has been begging the other dummies for over NINE years now:

Quote
I own and run www.oreilly-sucks.com . I have done this since 8-26-01 for nothing. I
do it as a public service to the American people. I do not collect a salary and I do not
make a dime from the website. I have been a member of DU.com for about 2 years, I
have over 2,500 postings.

I use the money I recieve to pay for my internet expenses. That includes my ISP cost,
my upgrades and computer problems etc. I am disabled from a back surgery in 1985 and
I can not work. I live with my retired 80 year old father who supports us both on his small
monthly social security check. He is broke and in debt to the credit card companies because
his check does not cover our monthly expenses. Now I have to pay for everything I do on the
internet all on my own.

If I can not raise the money to pay my ISP I can not get on the internet. If I can not raise the
money to keep my computer working I can not update the website. I hate like hell to ask for
donations, it makes me sick to beg for money. And I am not going to do it ever again.

A few months ago I made a posting here asking for some donations to help me pay to
keep the website online. I recieved about $250 in donations. It paid my expenses at the
time, and I even made a donation to DU.com from that money. I also donated a little to
the Kerry campaign. One of my expenses was I had to buy a new computer monitor, I
found one on sale for $120 so I bought it.

Now I need to raise the money to buy a new computer because the one I had totally
died. The whole hard drive is dead, gone, done. The thing was 6 years old, it was given
to me as a gift in march of 1998.

This will be the last time I ever ask anyone for a dime. if the site goes dead, so be it, I just
don't care anymore.

I will keep the domain name, and keep the site online, but I may not update it anymore.

I am tired of asking for money to keep the site going.

I am done..............

Bill O'Reilly (oreilly-sucks.com)

I'm hurting for cash here, if you could make a donation I would really appreciate it. My Father had his home Insurance policy terminated for making too many claims, 6 in 2 years. and now he has to pay $1.200 for a new one, when it used to cost him $625.00. And he does not really have the money to pay it. So he can not afford to pay my monthly website bills for December.

That means if I do not raise at least $100 in the next week or so, all my websites may be offline, and I may not even be able to pay my ISP bill, so I might not be able to even get online.

This is an emergency, so please donate whatever you can. Because if I do not raise some money real fast, not only will oreilly-sucks.com be offline, glenn-beck-sucks.com will too, and I will not even be able to get online to read my e-mail, update my websites, or anything.

Good Ole Stewie. One of my oldest moles got into it with him about his beg-a-thons years ago. Almost 10 years ago to be precise. Got a bunch of posts deleted for my effort, but I'm  still there all these years later.

HI Stewie, remember me?

I should post on his thread but it isn't worth it.

So Dummy's dad died this year and Dummy claims to have cared for dear old crazy dad for 3 years and that this devotion is what caused his bad back, to the point Dummy is so disabled he can't work. Yet he posted in Nov of 07 about his bad back, 6 years ago, 3 years before he claimed to take on the job of caring for his dad, which caused he claims caused his bad back. What a fricken con artist, wish the folks reviewing his claim could see this.

I recall the Dummy posting somewhere he hadn't worked since 1998. Typical liberal loser.

ETA:Apparently he was posting about that bad back back in 2004, as well. A full 6 years before he claimed to start taking care of dear old dad, which he claims is what caused his back injury.

I've stated my piece on this one recently. None of these people have any real responsibilities to hinder them in righting their ship yet they beg. Truly, pathetic while people like Gina with bad backs work as long as they can through a pregnancy to preserve their family's financial integrity while balancing their own health and other work fulltime and pursue a degree while caring for other human beings, a home, bills, etc. Truly pathetic...each and every one of them who do this.

His dad should have dropped his ass long ago so he could have saddled up and learned to be a man instead of taking him in his home(back in '98 I bet when he was last employed).

And I see the thin veneer fall when we saw those 2007 posts...now poor dad had dementia and alzheimers..back then he was a crazy old coot. Like how the tone changed when one had to get their tin cup out for alms.  :whatever:

I posted the following in the book club....I think it goes with what you're saying....stewert made his choices.
____________________________________________________________________________________

I stole this paragraph from that free PDF....it sums up the difference between conservatives and socialist quite nicely.

• The economic freedom which is the prerequisite of any other
freedom cannot be the freedom from economic care which
the socialists promise us and which can be obtained only by
relieving the individual at the same time of the necessity and
of the power of choice: it must be the freedom of economic
activity which, with the right of choice, inevitably also carries
the risk and the responsibility of that right.

In other words....a risk of failure which the DUmmies are experts at but do not want to accept responsibility for their bad choices.

Well said. If I read it right, it is fine that they risk having no income while they mooch off of family, but ultimately if that does not work out for whatever reason, it is their responsibility to shoulder the burden of making their way right again. As I've said before too, I'm actually an advocate of help out there intended to be temporary and bolster people into a better situation--Pell Grants for parents who find themselves single after divorce(I actually think all should be on grant and if you f*ck around then it becomes a loan--that way we reward people who are serious about going to college or techincal schools and not those who are doing it just for something to do and because they are low income--let them take the risk so perhaps they will consider more carefully the burden they are taking on), SNAP on a temporary basis while a family rights it's way, etc. Problem is there are too many Stewart's now for whom the only thing they wish is sustenance living; there is and never was any intention to take the risk that came with playing fast and loose on the backs of others. That we should NOT be supporting. It was his FATHER'S CHOICE  to support that; it should not by default now be our burden to support this grown man for the err of his or his old man's ways. And he has ZERO things in his life that would hinder him from working in some capacity--the things I could do right now for work if I did not have to consider that I have 3 kids who need me still--makes me livid that someone with that much freedom pisses it away. Wasteful of the gift of life and youth.

3. Rhiannon.............

Thanks for the donation, I really appreciate it.

Your donation is the only one I got, I think people are just tired of making donations to me. I raise some money back in September to pay my bills for October, and now it looks like people have decided I do not deserve any more money, or they just can not afford it.

I appreciate all they have given, and I just hope to get a few more donations, because I still need about $900.00 more to pay my bills this month.

I felt bad that I couldn't donate before. I lost my mother two years ago because of Hurricane Irene and I certainly sympathize, and I have been very fortunate. My heart goes out to you and I hope you get all you need...

I will keep your donation site in mind so if in the future I have anything left to spare I can make a donation.

How in the world can a DUmmy possibly suggest help from a church when they rant regularly about how chuches are scams and/or evil?

The average home value in Peoria 61616 is 143K.  Selling the house and getting out from under an unaffordable mortgage (i know, 143K....hahaha) and IL property taxes would pay for a whole lot of rent in an efficiency somewhere.  I'd prefer he found something close to an offramp just so he wouldn't have to travel so far to pan handle.  Also, he might need to find some comfortable shoes, standing around on concrete all day can't make a bad back feel any better.

I just nadined the going rate for aluminum cans.

At least in Spokane, Washington, they're paying forty cents a pound.

And there's what?--about twenty-four cans to a pound?

Since Ol' stew's rather hefty and hirsute, that might be good exercise to get him into shape for a job, constantly bending over to pick up each can, sort of like "touch your toes."

We must confront no shame with no shame. Applying this theorem to stewert's case, have no shame pledging money, then reneging.

This case has me thinking about an upcoming event I will be attending.
In this case it is a CFI refresher course that is sponsored by my state of residence.
It is a 2 day symposium.
Since it is on a weekend, and has to total 16 hours, it goes almost all day Saturday, and all Day Sunday.
The event is put out for bid on a pretty skimpy budget.
The winning bid will have to operate out of a $50.00 per person budget that includes 2 working lunches.
Normally around 200 people attend, and normally the crew that wins the bid brings a group of 3 to 5 staff.
There are a few among us who try to bring the staff out to dinner either Friday or Saturday evening, and since they are on a shoestring budget, we treat.
I am thinking about asking the attendees to contribute to the dinner fund so that 2 or 3 attendees don't get stuck with the whole bill.
I am thinking about making an announcement to that effect, and asking for a contribution by starting out with a joke.
What do you call a group of CFIs ?
A bunch of cheap bas*ards !
Don't let anyone recognize us !
I am hoping more than a few contribute a dollar or more.
If anyone wants to borrow that for a bouncy, have at it !

It's worse than that, kraven.

Tess Anderson posted he's been begging at the DUmp for over 9 years now, and in the thread he claims to be disabled as a result of back surgery BACK IN 1985!  IOW, this DUmmie had back surgery when he was about 25 years old, and has been disabled ever since!

Just another lazy, lying, worthless DUmbass...

It's amazing how many people claim "bad backs" also have a problem with painkillers.

Now to be fair, there are people who HAVE had surgery who have gotten hooked, and gotten clean.  But the number who just got hooked and blame this, that, or the other is far higher.

I have pain killers. Personally I don't think I am addicted just because I don't "need" them all the time.  I only think about them when I hurt.  So some days it's 1 pill all day and other days it's 4 pills.  But that is one thing I am glad about that I am weaning from with my pregnancy.  I am deathly afraid of being addicted to the crap and what people think of me using them.   :(

I don't care if someone takes painkillers all day every day, if they're the only way to address chronic pain. No one should suffer chronic pain due to a fear of the medication.

But most pill mill customers are using them to get high.

There's a scene in "The Wild and Wonderful Whites", a documentary about the lowest form of redneck in WV, where one of the boys shakes a bottle of oxycontin pills. He says, "Hear that? It's the Boone County mating call!"

I think oxycontin must be more potent. In that same movie, one of the girls has another (illegitimate) baby. While she's in the hospital they give her pills for pain, which she apparently hides. Her sister comes to visit, and they crush the pills and snort them. The documentary people ratted her out and the county took the baby.

Well, yet another day in November's passed, and Ol' stew's still stuck at $100.

By the way I thought of something else; as I'm not familiar with the aluminum-can business, it took a while.

Does Illinois by chance have one of those deposits on cans, where one gets five cents apiece when one turns them in to a store?  If so, Ol' stew can get a better price for cans he picks up that way, rather than just selling them by the pound.

Only twenty cans for a buck, as compared with circa twenty-four cans for forty cents.

Aluminum cans....our Scout troop has a trailer out front that people put bags of aluminum cans in. It's about 6' x 8' and 8' high, chained and locked to a post. They had to put barbed wire around the top to keep people from stealing the cans. Small time scrap dealer pulls it 90 miles round trip when full for half the money and the scouts get $200+ dollars every time.

No, they sure don't, frank.

If he gathers enough of them, he could take them to Michigan where he can get 10 cents a can.

Same here except it was Percodan.  I was on it 3 weeks after wisdom teeth extraction due to dry sockets.  It made me feel fabulous.  Put it this way, after three weeks, my husband literally burst into tears and begged me to leave him alone and let him sleep.  I had another week left, but decided discretion might be the better part of valor and threw the rest away.

I've been on them a few more times, and oxycodone once, since then due to surgeries.  I got off them ASAP because they made me feel so wonderful that i was afraid of becoming addicted.  What I hate to admit is that I didn't really want to throw them away and had to talk myself into it, but did because I knew I'd be tempted to take one sometime "just to feel good" and eventually trying to find out how to get more after those were gone.  :O

On the other hand, my Dad took Vicodin by the handfuls for 20 years due to extreme sciatica due to a botched back surgery.  After laser came out and he finally was able to get his back fixed, he never took another.  We were all dreading having to take him to rehab, but it didn't bother him a bit.  One difference might be that they didn't make him feel any differently.  They just sometimes dulled the pain to a tolerable level.

This is how I feel.  I don't even take them/think about them unless I can't concentrate because my back starts hurting so bad.  So I hope that means I am not addicted to them.
