Weren't they just complaining about the whole "I can't even look at you" comment, but grave dancing is ok?  Maybe it's cause the person is dead and it's not directly to their face?

Vice President Cheney's crime is similar to that of President George W. Bush, an unswerving, unapologetic, and successful devotion to protecting America from her enemies.

In democrat eyes, that's a high crime.
