Has anyone ever done an INTERNAL CLEANSING PROGRAM?
If you have, what program did you do? What were the results? Any recommendations? I'm interested in trying one, so please share your experiences.

1. My dear ALiberalSailor...
These are not a good idea...

You are not carrying around tons of toxins that need to be purged.

Reputable doctors (like the ones at Berkeley Wellness Newsletter) completely condemn their use...

Just my two cents...

13. Another vote for the Master Cleanse.
I did lemon, maple syrup and cayenne. The lemon covers electrolytes, the maple syrup provides some carbs and minerals and the cayenne is for cleaning out mucous, etc.

I did it for 6 days. I used senna herb tea for a "laxative". It was quite an experience. I felt like I was on a mild hallucinogen from day 2 onwards except my personality was much quieter and observing. I didn't feel the need to participate in every moment I passed through.

When ever I hear the word "bowels" I think of my grandma.  As a kid, I could even have a friend with me and she would ask me if I had moved my bowels yet today.   :mental:

^I think they have a grandma school somewhere that teaches them because I heard that too. Or she would shorten it to "BM". What is the obsession with grandmas and poop?

Once when she came down for a visit I had to take her to the store to get a few things.  Little did I know what she really wanted to get.  Instead of me looking around the aisles for what she needed, she asked this cute stocker boy where the "Fleet Enema's" were.  I wanted to DIE.

A cannibal was walking through the jungle and came upon a restaurant operated by a fellow cannibal. Feeling somewhat hungry, he sat down and looked over the menu...

Tourist: $5
Broiled Missionary: $10.00
Fried Explorer: $15.00
Roasted Democrat: $100.00

The cannibal called the cook over and asked, 'Why such a price difference for the Democrats?'

The cook replied, "Have you ever tried to clean one?

Ha ha ha... ah, that's terrible.  Almost as bad as going to an obese relative's home and seeing a Toilet Wand (tm) in her bathroom.

There was a nice pharmacy in my neighborhood in Nawth Carolinuh that stocked items for invalids... special toilet seats, walkers, enema and colostomy bags....

Do butt plugs come in a pyramid shape?  If they do, DUmmies could kill two turds with one stoned experience.

Use of that procedure could empty DemocraticUnderground of virtually all of us!
