Title: Sebelius: Obama Did Not Know About Obamacare Website Glitches
Post by: DLR Pyro on October 23, 2013, 09:17:47 AM
SANJAY GUPTA, CNN: Did you try signing on the site yourself?

KATHLEEN SEBELIUS, HHS SECRETARY: I have created an account on the site. I have not tried signing up because I have insurance. well bitch, maybe if you and the rest of you who are forcing this down our throats had to buy your insurance from the defective website, you would take this more seriously, but you have your platinimum coverage that the taxpayers are footing the bill for so you don't really care how difficult it is for the "little people" to buy insurance to be in compliance.

GUPTA: Did you find it challenging? What did you think of it?

SEBELIUS: Well, I think there certainly are some challenges. It could be smoother. It could be easier to access. And that's really what we're working on.

GUPTA: Did you let people --

SEBELIUS: Nobody says the site is working the way we want it to. Certainly, the president acknowledged yesterday no one could be more frustrated than I am and this isn't smooth. People are signing up every day. People have available coverage and no one, I think it's important to say, Sanjay, is losing coverage now. The earliest the plans start is January 1st. If you sign up by the 15th of December, you will have coverage on day one. So, people are frustrated with a website, but the product is there. The prices are good. It will not sellout and the prices won't change.

GUPTA: The president did say that he was angry about this. I mean, do you know when he first knew that there was a problem?

SEBELIUS: Well, I think it became clear fairly early on, the first couple of days

GUPTA: So not before that though?

 SEBELIUS: No.

GUPTA: Not before October 1st? There was no concern at the White House or HHS?

SEBELIUS: I think that we talked about having testing going forward, and if we had an ideal situation and could have built a product and, you know, a five-year period of time, we probably would have taken five years but we didn't have five years. And certainly, Americans who rely on health coverage didn't have five years for us to wait. We wanted to make sure we made good on this final implementation of the law. And again, people can sign up. The call center is open for business. We've had 1,100,000 calls. We've had 19 million people visit the website. Five-hundred thousand accounts created and people shopping every day. So, people are signing up and there's help in neighborhoods around the country that people can have a one-on-one visit with a trained navigator and figure out how to sign up. So people are able to sign up. (http://www.realclearpolitics.com/video/2013/10/22/sebelius_obama_did_not_know_about_obamacare_website_glitches.html)

in the early days of this month when it was clear that the websites sucked hard, obama made a comment that Apple had glitches when they first introduced the iPhone or iPad but people still buy them.  Big difference is that people chose to buy them and are not mandated under threat of a penalty of buying such devices.  And lets imagine just for a second if when the iPnone or iPad did not work at all when they were first sold and Steve Jobs said that he wasn't aware of the problems with the products his company was rolling out, does anyone think he would have remained at the head of Apple for very long?

Obama is the chief executive of this Nation.  obamacare is his supposed to he his star achievement.  How could the CEO of a company be so imcompetent as to release a product that doesn't work and not be aware of the status of such product?  In the private sector he would have been fired by the end of the 3rd day of this debacle.

He knew about it, but like everything else, he's a liar.

How many times have we been told "he didn't know"?

He didn't know about the IRS targeting conservatives, he didn't know about Fast and Furious, he didn't know about spying on reporters....

blah, blah, blah.

It's truly amazing how he can be a sooper-jeenyus who knows everything about anything but still know nothing at all, all at the same time.

I think it's obvious that Obama will never take the blame or admit to anything negative.  He's like the kid that blames the dog for eating his homework.

plausible deniability

A condition in which a subject can safely and believeably deny knowledge of any particular truth that may exist because the subject is deliberately made unaware of said truth so as to benefit or shield the subject from any responsibility associated through the knowledge of such truth.

No shock that 0bama didn't know anything about this. It's SOP for this clown to use the SGT Shultz defense. It's the Limbaugh Theorem.

and the media and low/no imformation voters refuse to call him on his incompetence and refusal to take responsibility.
