Pic Of The Moment: It's Official: Americans Are Utterly Sick Of Republicans

I know the poll is from CNN. They really got it for the Republicans. Uh, John Boehner is an Establishment Republican. Again, it is the Old Guard that does not want to be re-elected.

Poll: 75% say most Republicans in Congress don't deserve re-election (http://www.democraticunderground.com/10023896290)
Poll: Majority do not want Republicans in control of House (http://www.democraticunderground.com/10023893047)

5. Alright everybody. Here's how to unskew that and make republicans look good:
Step 1: Don't mention those poll-numbers, ever. If somebody else mentions them, they are a conspiracy designed to make the GOP look unpopular.
Step 2: The poll-numbers will creep up again for the republicans over time because people forget. Boom, your talking-point:
"Only 52% of Americans say it's a bad thing that the GOP controls the House. Republicans are surging in the polls while Obama's approval numbers look shaky."

6. Utterly
Entirely, and completely! Idiots.

8. But will Americans remember this in a year?
...memories are short...VERY short.
And when the PukeBagger/KKKoch machines get rolling accusing every Dem/Lib/Independent of having children with the
nanny or hired help...well, will America remember the current shit pile?
Americans have a short memory, so people will forget and have to contend with the epic failure of Obamacare.

11. I cannot imagine why
they knocked 800,000 people out of work, scared the elderly and the disabled, made fools of themselves and embarrassed America while having a temper tantrum
How about the Dems? :mental:

17. But CNN reports that these polls are too close to call
And that Americans hate Dems as well.
Gees, the DUmmies are salivating over low approval for Republicans. It is directed at the Establishment Republicans, not Ted Cruz.

From the same poll --- http://i2.cdn.turner.com/cnn/2013/images/10/21/rel12a.pdf
52% disapprove of Obama.
86% disapprove of congress, but that figure INCLUDES the Senate.
63% believe Bohner should be replaced BY ANOTHER REPUBLICAN.
56% Oppose Obamacare - then this poll tries to massage that number down by breaking 'Oppose' into three pieces - too liberal (38%) not liberal enough (12%) and opinion on neither (%9)
-- And the sample ?
30% Democrats.
20% Republican.
50% Independent/Other.
Using the Abott/Pitt scale to rate the accuracy of this poll , I conclude it falls somewhere between potato chips and the number 21.328.

Oh, I almost forgot the best part -
The poll discounts itself as being valid.
Crosstabs on the following pages only include results for subgroups with enough unweighted cases to produce a sampling error
of +/- 8.5 percentage points or less. Some subgroups represent too small a share of the national population to produce crosstabs
with an acceptable sampling error. Interviews were conducted among these subgroups, but results for groups with a sampling
error larger than +/-8.5 percentage points are not displayed and instead are denoted with "N/A".
+- 8.5% off is acceptable ? Really ?
-
And the sample ?
30% Democrats.
20% Republican.
50% Independent/Other
50% Independent/Other is broken down in reality to 1% independent and 49% socialist/green/communists.
-
"Not Re-elected" does not equal "Replaced with a Democrat." In general, most people I speak to, Republican and Democrat, are sick the government completely.

Precisely what I was thinking. :hi5:
The follow up questions asked - or not - are critical, DUmbasses.

Charlie Brown, report to the tee.... :lmao:

Actually, everyone I've talked to prefers a clean sweep of career politicians out of Congress. Both sides.

I could pull numbers out of my ass like any A. Proglodytus and get closer to reality than a 17% swing :thatsright:

Exactly. :hi5: There is so much unspoken in that poll, it is utterly useless. I would venture that the (D) unfavorabilty is equally low.
+- 8.5% off is acceptable ? Really ?
Not hardly.

If their polls are that lopsided, imagine how depressed they're going to be!

Let's remember who runs the CNN News Division now--Jeff Zucker, he of the exploding pickups for NBC's Dateline. His middle name, rhetorically, is 'bias.' If he has to do this poll to reassure the Dems, it's got to be pretty bad out beyond the Five Boroughs of NYC and the Beltway of DC.

Shhhhhhhh don't let them know :-) It will be like Christmas.
