Playboy-posing Dallas ISD teacher Cristy Deweese suggests she got fired

A Dallas ISD high school Spanish teacher who caused a stir because she had posed for Playboy’s website suggested on Twitter Monday that the district fired her.

Dallas ISD spokesman Jon Dahlander, however, declined to say whether Cristy Deweese was still employed in the district.

Television show Inside Edition reported that Deweese, 21, sent a text message stating she was terminated. She hasn’t returned messages for comment with The News, but she is talking about the experience on Twitter. She says she wouldn’t lie about getting fired.

A teacher gets fired for posing for Playboy while in college. There are many other teachers who are not fired who have done worse. :wtf2:

A future "banging a 15-year old student" headline waiting to happen.

Or worse yet, another Pamela Smart.  All teachers need to be at least 55 years old and butt-ass ugly.

(And yes, lurkers and those with IQ's below room temperature--that was sarcasm.)

Some say Pamela Smart is the first teacher student sex scandal, but was not a teacher despite the fact she worked at school. She was a media services consultant for Winnacunnet High School.

She is cute and it sounds like she was a great teacher for her students.
