"... funny how you liberals always blame Bush even 5 years later." (http://www.democraticunderground.com/10023719444)

I saw this quote in an online argument over the budget.

Question: Should we still be blaming Bush, and (if so) why?

BDS never ends....

15. Absolutely. And Raygun.

The US is no longer a beacon to the world, but instruction on how to **** up a good thing.

PS: I'm intrigued by the excellent typography of your signature image. What does it mean? Please respond via DUmail, I don't keep track of replies I've sent. Thanks!

4. ****in-A... I'm still blaming ronnie raygun for all the shit he pulled...

Presidential actions last long after they leave office and to think anything different would only exist in the mind of stupid teabagger.

13. Of course I blame Dumbya

In just 8 years, he effectively took a wrecking ball to this entire country, and left it in shambles, leaving Obama to clean up an enormous mess. Frankly, it will take another 10-20 years or so to undo the damage he caused. After all, we're still recovering from Reagan's disastrous policies.

18. There is plenty of blame to go around.

I blame;

Ronald Reagan and his administration
Bill Clinton and his administration
George Walker Bush and his administration
Barack Obama and his administration

It took decades of deregulation, free trade deals, and a main stream media propaganda machine to destroy this country.

The coup is almost complete.

Welcome to the Oligarchy of the United States.

The Supreme Court deserves a mention.

They legislated the rights of we the people away.

The CEOs and global corporations won.

19. Dubya made up a big plate...

... of shit sandwiches.

And now the Repubs are complaining that he's not eating them fast enough.

History did not start in January of 2009.... what came before impacts what's happening now.

Much more idiocy at the link.

They always blame them, they just never can quite say for what.
No specifics, nothing.  :loser:

Because they're too stupid to think of anything else.

Actually, because they're too stupid to think of anything else.

I can't even begin to imagine what it must be like to be that f'n STUPID!

Thank God I don't have to.

First rule of leftist/communist/fascist/progressivist/communist/democrat fight club is

Republicans are bad and democrats are good.

This is the most basic of propaganda geared to our new DUmber and DUscile population.

And everything is open-ended.  Tailor-made to keep de blame on blamin' and, of course, skipping therapist.  These people are positively demented.  Something is seriously wrong when this:

They really are insane.
They project all of the damage that 0bama has done onto Bush and Reagan.
I imagine before too long the revisionist history department at DU will claim that 0bamacare started under Bush and he screwed it up so bad that not even a man as brilliant as 0bama could fix it.

Want to fix the economy? Why even a DUmbass like me could fix it. Deport all illegals, cut out foodstamps and welfare to all those able to do something, require all recipients of government freebies to do some type community service. Most people on government freebies would say, "Hell, if I am going to have to work, I might as well get a real job.". With all the illegals gone there will plenty of jobs available and with government freebies cut off to those Americans that wouldn't do those jobs that illegals did will do the jobs Americans didn't have to do because of the government freebies they were recieving.

Just think of the savings in fired government workers alone.....their future government pensions.....their other benefits that the taxpayer won't be saddled with. A much simpler government would be much cheaper, more efficient and easier to be held accountable.
