Never mind that he was actually defending his NSA spying program (!)... I can't believe this actually came out of the guy's mouth.  His speechwriters must enjoy humilitaing their boss on a daily basis.  It's the only reason I can fathom where the man stands in front of the country (and the world) and lies so easily.
