It's actually a rehash of the old one. 'Dad died', 'his $ paying the bills', 'no money now', 'wishadoo didn't give enough', blah, blah, blah.
This new request is longer than the earlier, original one.
Several K&R, but none of them have any cash value.
Nowhere in his appeal does he mention sending resumes anywhere, or job applications, just the same old 'I cannot work, and I cry every day, and the free stuff from the government is not forthcoming quickly enough.'
Perhaps Ladyfreedumb should find him, move in, get a job at a convenient store nearby, and clean house for him. Oh, wait.....she doesn't clean, something that led to her last breakup.

Right now all I get is food stamps and free health care from the OSF Sisters Community Clinic in Peoria, Illinois.
So your bad back, diabetes, high blood pressure and other medical problems are being treated thanks to the taxpayers of Illinois, and you get free food also thanks to the taxpayers? Now you expect the same taxpayers to pay for your truck insurance and a roof over your head?
Tell you what DUmmy, sell your truck, if you are so disabled you won't need a truck. It's not like you are using the truck to work or anything.

There are several entry level jobs in the Peoria area. The starting pay wont be twenty bucks an hour, but I am sure he could find something to supplement his web page revenue. Even if he just started part time and worked his way into full time. I've had jobs in which after work I could not get out of the car and almost needed help walking due to my back the first several weeks. But I deal with it. I work full time. I pay for my own shit and it hurts likes a mother ****er. Throw in a compressed spinal cord in my neck, a plate, a few screws and several pinched nerves and many days I simply feel like toast.
I'm awake all night, unable to sleep due to the pain and I read all the excuses the DUmmies have for not working. :bird:

The state of Illinois (DHS & HFS) just approved me for a medical card, finally, but it is not good until 1-1-14. Now I am waiting to hear if my public aid cash assistance will be approved. Right now all I get is food stamps and free health care from the OSF Sisters Community Clinic in Peoria, Illinois. The law firm tells me they think the SSI appeal decision will be in by November, and I have no idea when I will find out if my cash assistance from public aid is approved or denied.
That is more then I get. I pay taxes so this asshole can have a free ride. He is an ungrateful POS.

30. You should look at reducing the insurance on your truck
Or even consider parking it for a while and dropping the insurance. I've had to do this in the past. Consider using public transport, it's cheaper and saves the environment or even using a bike, it will be better for you.

The $295.00 is for 6 months, which is very cheap. And I have to make the truck payments or they will repo it. Then I would lose a $4.500 truck and have no way to get around. It would also be kind of dumb to make $280.00 a month truck payments and not be able to drive it.
Not to mention this, as part of the loan agreement I must have Insurance, and if I do not, they provide the Insurance for me and add it to the loan, and if they do that it's a lot higher than what I am paying now. So it's pretty much impossible to just drop the Insurance and stop paying it.

Not only could I not ride a bus or a bike, I also can not get overheated or I get lightheaded and feel sick. I am taking 5 pills a day with 4 different medications, and I have to avoid extreme heat or I have problems. And I am also overweight, so riding a bike would be impossible, I am not sure I would even make it 5 minutes.
I have a bad back from a past back surgery, that left me with PPD and DDD in my back and right leg, so riding a bus or a bike is not in my future, let alone standing in the heat waiting for a bus would not be good, and possibly an ambulance ride instead of a bus ride.

It's amazing though that these people were not raised with any type of dignity. I was raised that it would be humilating to go on food stamps/gov't care becasue that would mean that I wasn't pulling my own weight. (I know certain people really have to have it, that is what it's for, not for these asses with "bad" backs). I would feel so bad if I didn't make my way in the world. I guess if I didn't I would vote democrat. It's just pissing me off that I could probably go to my dr right now and say "I don't think I can make it the next 4 months, can you make me disabled on paper" and he would do it because I really hurt and everyone sees it on my face. But I am not going to do that because I like to make it to 3:30pm every day and I feel good about myself because I stuck it out even though I cry every day. I am just pissed.

Ditto. Hurts like a bitch when a long term marriage breaks up like mine did after 22 years (wife thought the grass was greener, found out she still had to mow it! :lmao:), but that was 12 years ago, and wife 2.0 is a VAST improvement over the first one.
FWIW, ex-wife's already divorced husband #2, already dated/slept with every male that would go out with her where she works, and is currently dating someone 20 years younger than she is!

47. Update 9-21-13..........
Here is where I am at:
On the 19th I got 4 donations for a total of $115.00. Which is great and I thank everyone who donated.
Then on the 20th I got 1 donation for $20.00. Which is also great, but I still need to raise another $950.00 to pay my bills for October. So I have a long way to go.

We in the 70's had some great ways to lawfully deduct interest rates on credit cards, cars and trucks, home loans, and all pre paid Federal taxes on gas, booze, tobacco.

Then the bottle and can return came in sometime in the 80's kept the kids busy all summer scavenging from dumpsters, road sides and park trash barrels. My kids were making 2-4 bucks a day and did a community service by cleaning up the town.
A good way to make extra money, buy an old truck. On trash day pick up the discarded washers-dryers, refrigerators old furniture and check carefully for places that had a wedding, funeral or any kind of celebration as oh so often in the confusion gifts are thrown out in the wrapping paper..
Off Your Ass and find a way to make money without a steady 9-5 job. If you have been on unemployment for 6 months, no job prospects in mind------- I found accidentally that stores have to pay to have broken or mangled stuff hauled away.
I was at a early spring gardening store that dealt with lawn ornaments, out back was a mound of outside pottery stuff waiting to be hauled away. I asked what was the price for one item in perfect shape and told I could take what I wanted no charge. My daughter and I spent a good 3 hours going through the pile, we found about 15 or so pieces and hauled them home.
Cleaned them up and spent perhaps 10 hours painting them. Some had the makers brand on the bottom, checked on line and this free stuff became our Christmas presents to family and saved us a bundle of money.
Lots of ways to make money, takes some work and imagination but it can be done, a hobby can turn into a small business, but keep looking for the full time job.

I was told the SSI appeal decision would be made in 4 to 6 weeks, and that was a couple weeks ago. So I should have a decision by November, maybe even before that. November will be 6 months from the original denial in May. I am also waiting on a decision on the cash assistance I filed for from DHS to get the public aid. They gave me a medical card, but I am still waiting to get a ruling on the cash assistance.
The law firm I have takes 20% of the first check, if I win the appeal, nothing if I lose.
The house went to my half brother because he has money in it, and I do not know when he is going to try and sell it, so it would be really hard for me to get a roommate when I can not tell them how long I will be living here. I also have other things going on here, garage sale, etc. So I can not move out of here for a while. All the people who need to contact me have the number here, and all my mail comes here, etc.
I just need to raise enough money to pay the bills until I get the decision on my SSI appeal, then I will figure out what to do then. I also filed an application for a cash grant from the Sunshine Lady Foundation, and I should hear from them in about 5 more weeks, around November 9th. They said 8 weeks, and I filed on September 9th.
Basically, I am stuck here for a while, and I really do not want to move right now. I was born and raised here and I am emotionally attached to the house. If I could I would live here the rest of my life, but that is not possible. On top of that, I am still having a hard time getting over the death of my Father.
Not to mention, my aunt and uncle live next door, and my real brother lives 3 houses away from me, so I have them here to help me do things. My uncle even donated a bunch of stuff he had bought in storage locker auctions for me to do another garage sale, and if I did not live next door to him that would not have been possible.
It's very complicated, and I just need to raise about $500.00 more to get me to November. Then I will find out about everything and go from there. So if anyone else can make a donation, I sure would appreciate it, I still need to raise another $500.00 by October 10th so I can pay all my bills.

Dori, I think this man is telling it all backward. I am beginning to wonder if he had to move in with Daddy, not to help him but to get Daddy's help.
