Compared to other countries (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_firearm-related_death_rate (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_firearm-related_death_rate)), the US made up of crackers and honkies only would compare well to Australia, Germany, Italy, New Zealand, Canada, Sweden, and a crap-ton of other places you cite as superior.
Yet I doubt I'd see this inconvenient truth splayed all over DU. I know: :racist:...but also true.

I would say it differently: the source of America's high gun murder rate compared to the Western world is clear but pointing it out would not be allowed on DU.
