I read the letter as posted by the NY Slimes last night, but I cannot access the NYT's slime pit to link to it.
Allegedly, Breitbart also has a form of a letter allegedly written by Putin also addressed to the USA, but that one is bullshit (if it exists). I'm not even going over the Breitbart to check it out.
I want to comment on Vlad's folksy, "can't-we-be-friends" bullshit. And the one where he openly chastises Barry (hey, why not? Barry deserves to be chastised by a KGB thug who knows how to play the political game better than he does) for Barry's comment about American exceptionalism.

Well, except for Chicago, Detroit, Camden, and a whole bunch of other cities with institutional Democrat government. Russians generally take it as a given that their politicians are lying, so they normally don't even feel a need to mention it, which probably makes Ivan Muzhik more politically astute than the average member of the white House press corps.
