1. Impeachment is for crimes. It isn't for getting rid of presidents you don't like.
:rotf: :rotf: :rotf: :rotf: :rotf: :rotf: :rotf: :rotf:
This from the people who wanted every repuke president in their life times to be impeached for the crime of being a repuke.
If Bush's war in Iraq, that was authorized by the UN and Congress, was an illegal war than shouldn't 0bama's war be illegal regardless of whether he gets permission or not?
Did the DUmmies not claim that Bush lied us into war so therefore it was illegal? It is looking like 0bama is lying us into war so shouldn't there be cries for frogmarching to The Hague?
The only consistency you will see at DU is mind blowing stupidity. Their values change every time MSNBC issues the new talking points.

It would be pointless. The Oministration and Democrats in Congress would recast it as mean old racist Republicans attacking our wonderful figurehead fashionably-Black President for being fashionably-Black, the vote probably wouldn't even clear the House but even if it did, conviction in the Senate is ridiculously-impossible, and after the Dems won that vote the MSM would be all 'Kumbaya, we must get behind our pretty fashionably-Black Great Leader who has weathered this awful racist storm.'
Also it's a mole-trap.

The question of impeachment boils down to whether you want Slow Joe running in 2016 with the advantages of incumbency, or the Hildebeast running in 2016 with the Kenyan's baggage on her back.

Precisely.
Obama isn't the core of the problem in America. The Obama-fellaters in Congress aren't even the core of the problem. The core problem is the damned near half of the voting public who thought it was a good idea to put Obama and the Fellaters in Congress into their positions. Attempting to eject Obama at this point will be a futile gesture on the order of re-arranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.
The core American problem will not be solved with impeachments, and I really don't hold out much hope that it will be solved even with elections. It will NOT be solved in Washington DC at all, because the Beltway is too corrupted to be saved.
