LIFE IS NOR EASY WHEN THE NUTS MOVE IN.
Few years ago developed skin cancer of the face, told to not go into the sun again. so I wore hats and lots of sun screen, and felt like my face was melting down to my chest.
So I as a crazy woman still sat on the back porch covered with the trees and bushes of the neighbors.
Sat back with just a thong on covered with a bottle of sun screen. felt great and my hair with the Vita, D grew out big time.
I still wore the hat, and one day this person not to be named came across my yard.
This dude was pissed, his grandsons with binoculars could see me on the back porch. I was naked from the waist up sunbathing and his grandsons could see this.
Funny , I asked about personal privacy and he countered with if some how anyone can see you half naked you were due to crime against children.
I tell you the laws are odd, lucky I was an old lady and nothing ever came of this, BTW I went on line to find this grandpa was found guilty for drunk driving that killed 2 kids, And he had the right to march into my yard to accuse me of indecency ?????

Next time. sit on your porch with binoculars and watch them. If they say anything, tell them your a "bird watcher" and spotted some yellow assed warblers in your yard.

Oh Dori what a great idea. I did pick up a pair of binoculars in Washing Dc that not only shows the far part but also has a port to put this on a PC. for video and sound.
]This was cheap at the time and we never used it. All kinds of things come to mind here, Darn I found the thing and the tripod but cannot find the cables that go to the PC.
My problem is how these kids can see me on my deck, too many trees in the way. I would not be prancing about on my deck almost naked if I did not believe no one could see me.

Yes Vesta, he had that right. It was your back yard, sure. But if neighbors can see you topless, then you are being indecent. Police can be called, you could have been arrested.
Bottom line. BUILD a fence. Parents do have the right to keep their children's eyes innocent. You are forcing your nudity on those who do not want to see it. You are being indecent.
In this case Vesta, you are the insane person, not your neighbor.
Frankly, I would expect to see this at DU, not here. :banghead:

The neighbor said his grandson used binoculars to peep at vesta. That is no different from looking in her windows and seeing her getting into the bathtub.
The complainer was trying to blame the victim (vesta) for his grandson's illegal and immoral behavior. And that is DUmmy behavior.
ETA: Exposing the breasts is not "indecent exposure" in New Hampshire. The law defines indecent exposure as exposing genitals "under circumstances which he or she should know will likely cause affront or alarm."

Hey! That guy was on "The Doctors" today.....he's had a reduction done. I just caught the last minute or two of the show so I know nothing about the reduction.

AHA found out the little kid is in late 20's and on some offenders list.
My neighbor is a retired sheriff and I asked him about the law. My deck is attached to my home so we pay town property taxes on it. I am considered as I would if I wandered about my living room
dressed like I was. As long as I cannot be seen from the street without coming on my property I am free to dress any damn way I choose.
OK we tracked the family down to 2 streets over, we are all one story homes and with the tree cover the man would have to be sitting on his roof or up a tree.
Big Dog, the Sheriff said almost word for word what you said, and thanked me for the heads up on this family. I imagine he ran a check on the family also and told my husband if he sees the "kid"
wandering the streets at night to let him know.
Nice quiet neighborhood we have and well, I am French Canadian on Mothers side and it is traditional to sun bath topless. [ Perhaps I can claim the family is Raciest. ]
