Title: French who once had Obama's back....fly white flag and retreat.

Britain's Parliament has already voted against military action. And French President Francois Hollande displayed sudden caution yesterday, saying he would wait for a UN report before deciding whether to intervene militarily. It was the first time Hollande said he would wait for the UN report.

Hollande is smart.  He should get much better terms if he initiates France's surrender to Syria.  I'm thinking Barry should look to South America for new coalition members.

They're kinda mad at him right now, after all that NSA spying on their government's calls and emails.
