John Kerry as SOS is becoming an total idiot
That's my opinion a guy who didnt support Nam is now beating the drums of war in Syria. And then makes comments like he wouldn't rule out putting troops in Syria. Limited my ass

You forgot to mention the Silver Star with "V" device.
Sarcasm, right? For the non-veterans, there is no V device for the Silver Star, because it is ONLY awarded for valor (Or, in some tiny number of cases like LBJ's, because you are somebody's best boy and they are willing to make up a story from tiny fragments of truth to give one to you for your political connections and pretty much lie about the 'Valor' part). You will only see the V device ("For Valor") on the Bronze Star and much more rarely on the lower award of a Commendation Medal because those awards may be given for EITHER service OR valor.

His sole qualification for bein' SOS is he can speak gutter French.
