There's a difference between the Presidency and Commander in Chief. Obama just doesn't get it. CiC is only a fig leaf, and however Congress votes (if it even does), won't make any difference to Obama. He'll abide as guided by his inner circle of Axelrod, Jarrett, Ayers, et al. The Congress and the Cabinet might as well enjoy their vacations, and not concern themselves.

I'm always struck how empty "his" desk is.

Which brings up another issue; is he avoiding his...wife...?

Reggie Love said he and Obama played 15 games of spades the night of the Bin Laden take down.  He couldn't stand being in the situation room.

I've always thought that pic of him there was photoshopped.  I wonder what he and Reggie were doing the night of Benghazi?
