Unpunishable however thanks to the Supreme Court, which has essentially held that any possible form of defilement of the flag, or almost anything else, falls under 'Free speech' and so is First Amendment protected activity.

....but if I were to fly a big rainbow flag with a big black "X" from corner to corner, I bet they'd call that a hate crime.

I think it'd be more fun to cut a couple of them up with a little bit of additional material, and make one look like a Nazi-era flag - rainbow field, white circle (Butt maybe brown would be more appropriate for the circle...) and a rainbow swastika in the middle.

The right thing for obama to do is to sternly denounce it, and insist it never be flown again. I'd be so embarrassed, I'd want to fall through the floor, if I were preezy. I'd make a teachable moment about respect for a sovereign flag and what it represents.

I do not believe Obama Hates America, I believe he has huge COMPTEMPT for us.

Just how old was Obama when he finally came to live with his white grandparents ??? All the impressionable years of a child being schooled to hate America, tutored by Muslims ???

What is the big surprise here, he has Comptempt , and that is worse then Hate.
