Planned Parenthood employees will soon have access to a vast federal database of sensitive information, including the Social Security number, tax form, bank account, and medical records of every single American citizen as the president seeks their help in implementing ObamaCare.

HHS will not require background checks or fingerprinting of employees, and a previous criminal conviction – including one for identity theft – does not necessarily disqualify an employee from becoming a navigator.
Navigators and their assistants will have access to the federal data hub, an online nexus containing information from the Department of Health and Human Services and seven federal departments: the IRS, the Social Security Administration, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Defense Department, the Office of Personnel Management, the Veterans Health Administration, and the Peace Corps.
To expedite hiring before the exchanges go live on October 1, the administration has scaled back screening and cut new employees' training from 30 hours to 20.

Just the Facts:
1. Navigators have access to the federal data hub, including medical records, tax forms, and Social Security numbers.
2. The data hub culls information from the IRS, the Social Security Administration, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Defense Department, the Office of Personnel Management, the Veterans Health Administration, and the Peace Corps.
3. The Obama administration awarded three grants to hire “navigators†to: Planned Parenthood of the Heartland ($214,427), Intermountain Planned Parenthood, Inc.($295,604), and Planned Parenthood of Northern New England ($145,161).
4. West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey raised privacy concerns in a letter signed by attorneys general from Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, and Texas.
5. Troy Newman of Operation Rescue told LifeSiteNews.com that “civil disobedience might be the only solution†for Americans to defend their liberties.

Of ann the goofy entities, why the hell Planned Parenthood? :argh:
It isn't just Planned Parenthood, they are also using the newly renamed ACORN people too.
Umm, whatever happened to HIPAA? Did that get thrown out the window in the "0bamacare" bill that had to be passed before we could read it? :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
Don't you already know they pay attention only to the laws that benefit them? Other laws are broken at will.

I will not be giving my info to any bureaucrat creep "navigator" under any circumstances.
You won't have to. Dear Leader, because he cares about you, doncha know, will be giving it to them FOR YOU. :whatever:
I believe you are right and it is already happening. My mom (82 years old) received a phone call from someone (she doesn't know who) wanting to assist her with her prescription and medical coverage.
The person on the phone already knew what her prescriptions were AND how much she was paying for them.
It wasn't her pharmacy calling so how else could you explain the person on the phone having so much knowledge of my mom's prescriptions?
All we need is another jobs program full of incompetents with access to our most private information.
I saw an ENT last year for the first time and his office obtained my records electronically from somewhere. They had me down as taking 3 drugs I'd never heard. They also had 2 antibiotics down as continuous that I had taken a few years back for only a 7 day stretch at a time.
What if I had been admitted to a hospital unable to communicate? It's likely these drugs would have been given to me with horrible results. All because some moron wasn't paying attention and didn't care.
Unvetted personnel could cause problems for others by entering false data and using personal data. Being federal employees, the chances of any personnel action for unauthorized or malicious use of that data is almost nil.
Civil WAR will be the only solution.
I fear you are correct.

I don't know if you would ever get these gumment workers to correct ANYTHING wrong in the information about your healthcare. I will bet that the monkeys you will be talking to wont have the authority to change the data base, fill out 10 forms in triplicate and we will call you!!! Ever had a problem with a auto title? will be the same thing.
And just think about the mischief it can cause. What if they use a wrong code for something and it gets leaked. Good way to hurt your political enemies.
Linda, that sounds very strange. Did you ever find out who the hell is was? They have those ads on TV warning elderly people not to give out information over the phone. I can see huge fraud and scams rampant through the whole mess! Nobody knows what's going on, so they can easily be fooled into giving out all sorts of information.
"It's in Obamacare, didn't you know that? Under penalty of fine and jail you must provide to me your ______"
I don't answer the phone if I don't know the number.
