says punishment was too severe!

This is insane. The court did not impose the grounding. That was between the parents. Yes, the mother and judge are idiots of the lowest kind. WTF?????????????????

This may sound cruel, but "The father refuses to take his daughter back because he has no control over her" is a smart move on his part. Little smarty girl would be in front of the judge apologizing to me for being such a spoiled litte shit before I would take her back!  :-)
